Online shopping is a form ofe-commerce allowing consumers to directly buy goods or services from a seller over ihe Internet The aim of this research is to determine the factors affecting the attitude and intention lo shop online m Nha Trang city. Based on qualitative and quantitative research methods, this research paper proposes a model consisting of six factors. The final result shows that attitudes toward online shopping and intention lo shop online are affected by payment, usefulness and trust. This is one ofthe important bases to set up and develop marketing strategies which encourage customer to shop online.
