Is it good or bad for the board to own the shares of a company? Should an optimal percentage of ownership be formed to maximize the profitability of a business? By OLS - Ordinary Least Squares with data from 104 Vietnamese enterprises listed on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) in the period 2011-2015, the article will clarify the relationship between ownership administration and performance in a company. The result Is a basis for companies to formulate a proper percentage of ownership so as to maximize benefit of involved parties and themselves.

KET QUA NGHIEN CLfU
