ABSTRACT
This paper describes a design method for 3D models of hypoid gears in main transmissions.
This step is very important to make the 3D models to use in simulation dynamics and it is an essen- tial foundation for machining hypoid gears on CNC machines.
Keywords: 3D models of hypoid gears.

Thilt k l va chl tao bdnh rdng hypoit ludn Id vdn d l dang dugc quan tdm, nghien ciiu, nhdm ddp ling cdc yeu cdu cua cdc bd truyen bdnh rang ttong mdy bay tryc thang, d td, xe may, bd giam tdc vd ttong nhilu ngdnh cdng nghiep khdc. Ly thuyit nghien ciiu chuyen sdu ve tgo hinh be mat
bien dang rang hypoit da dugc trinh bay trong cdc cdng trinh [3], [4]. C a sd thilt ke cac banh rdng hypoit dugc trinh bay trong cdc tai lieu [l-5j.
Thilt k l bd truyin bdnh rdng hypoit dya tren viec ling dung thudt toan tdng hgp vi tri [6] va viec phan tich vung tiep xiic rang TCA (Tooth Contact Analysis) de dat dugc mdt dudng tilp Xlic cd hudng phii hgp.

Hinh 3: Thief ke bdnh rang vdnh chdu: a) Thiit ki kich thudc bao ngodi (kich thu&c phdi) cua bdnh rdng vanh chau; b) Thief ki be mat rdng ciia bdnh rdng vdnh chdu; c) Tgo sd lirang rdng cdn thiet; d) Cat rang Gpi File da Ixm dudi dgng .igs bang cdch vao Manage -> Import tim va gpi file dd luu. Sau khi gpi be mat dugc tao nhu ttong hinh 3-b.
Thyc hien lenh Circular Pattem de tgo sd Iugng be mat rang cdn thiet (hinh 3-c). Thyc hien lenh Split de cat rang (hinh 3-d).
Sau khi thyc hien Spht cho todn bp sd rang ciia bdnh rdng, dugc bdnh rdng vanh chau (Gear) hoan chinh nhu hinh 4-a. Thyc hien cdc budc tucmg ty cho bdnh rdng qud dira (Pinion), ta dugc bdnh rdng qud diia hoan chinh nhu hinh 4-b.
