TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, Corruption Watch, hereby makes application for an order in the following terms:

1. Condoning the late filing of the application to be admitted as amicus curiae.

2. Corruption Watch is admitted as an amicus curiae in the above proceedings.

3. Corruption Watch is granted the right to make written submissions.

4. In the event that this matter is set down for hearing, Corruption Watch is granted the right to make written and oral submissions.

5. If the application is opposed, any opposing party is ordered to pay the costs of the application.

6. Further and/or alternative relief.
