BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE that at the hearing of this matter the Applicant intends to make application to the above Honourable Court for an order in the following terms:
1 Leave be granted to the Applicant to supplement the Applicant’s consolidated record with the full transcript of evidence relating to Messrs Makate, Muchenje and Knott-Craig;
2 Further and/or alternative relief;
3 Costs of the suite only in the event of opposition.
BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the accompanying affidavit of LESLIE HOWARD COHEN together with annexures thereto will be used in support hereof.
