2014 2014 TPSF meraih penghargaan “20 Rising Global Stars” yang dianugerahi oleh Forbes IndonesiaPerseroan melaksanakan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) dengan mengeluarkan saham baru dari simpanan (portepel) sebesar 292.600.000 (dua ratus sembilan puluh dua juta enam ratus ribu) saham dengan nilai nominal Rp200,- per saham dan harga pelaksanaan PMTHMETD senilai Rp.2.250,- per saham.

Brand “Taro” meraih penghargaan Best Brand Gold 2014 product category snack for its achievement of Indonesian Best Brand Award for 3 consecutive years ( 2012- 2014) dari Majalah Swa dan Mars Indonesia . Brand “Mie Kremezz” meraih penghargaan Best Brand Gold 2014 product category snack mie for its achievement of Indonesian Best Brand Award for 3 consecutive years ( 2012- 2014) dari Majalah Swa dan Mars Indonesia .

The Company carried out Capital Non-Preemptive Rights (PMTHMETD) by issuing new shares of de- posits (portfolio) amounted to 292,600,000 (two hun- dred and ninety-two million six hundred thousand) shares with a nominal value of Rp200 per share and the exercised price PMTH- METD worth Rp2,250 per share.

TPSF mengadakan Paparan Publik Tahunan pada tanggal 17 Desember 2014. PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera menerima Penghargaan sebagai Perusahaan Pembina Tenaga Kerja Perempuan Terbaik I Tingkat Jawa Tengah yang diberikan oleh Disnakertrans Jawa Tengah. Pemberian penghargaan dilakukan 2 kali yaitu oleh Kementrian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (di tingkat Nasional), dan oleh Wakil Gubernur Jateng pada puncak acara Hari Ibu dan Kesetiakawanan Sosial Tingkat Jateng. Penghargaan berupa Piala, Piagam dan uang pembinaan.

TPSF hold Annual Public Expose on 17 December 2014.
PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Company received Award as Best Coaching Company I for Female Labor of Cen- tral Java presented by the Central Java Disnakertrans. The award was presented twice, irst by Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (at National level), and by Deputy Governor of Central Java at the celebration of Mother’s Day and Social Solidarity across Java. The Awards came in Trophy, Certiicate and coaching fund.
The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Desilina as Corporate Secretary of the Company efective from 24 December 2014.
