BAB VI KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

6.2 Saran

Berikut ini saran yang dapat diberikan:

1. Bagi pimpinan di UT dapat mempertahankan kepemimpinan transformasional dan memberikan pemahaman tentang perilaku ekstra peran sehingga mereka dapat lebih menunjukkan sikap saling membantu. 2. UT hendaknya melakukan peninjauan kembali terhadap penerapan QWL

memberikan beasiswa yang lebih banyak agar karyawan dapat merasakan manfaat positif dari penerapan QWL.

3. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan mempertimbangkan cakupan obyek penelitian yang lebih luas, agar lebih dalam menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja maupun perilaku ekstra peran.
