Christmas Raffle:

Congratulations to Susanne Emmett who won this raffle.

From the Provedore:

A Big Thank you to all the bowlers who do a splendid of catering.

I would like to thank Lorraine Pulford, who stepped in while I was unavailable in December. She even attended one of the functions by managing the catering, instead of as an invited guest. Thank you for all your work, Lorraine.

Over this busy period leading up the end of the year there were 16 functions, both of bowling groups and outside businesses and social groups, varying from small BBQ, salads and Bowls to formal sit- down Dinners. A few of these have hired outside catering firms but the majority are catered by the BBC helpers, both men and women, with the men manning the BBQ Hut as well as on occasions

managing the dishwashing. I thank them all.

Thank you all, Geraldine Dixon
