The Minutes of the Development Assessment Unit Meeting of Council held on 30 June 2015 be confirmed.
ITEM-2 DA NO. 1276/2015/LD - DEMOLITION OF EXISTING DWELLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO STOREY DWELLING - LOT 59 DP 252652 - 10 BRITANNIA ROAD, CASTLE HILL
RESOLUTION
The application be approved subject to conditions as set out in the report.
ITEM-3 DA NO. 583/2015/LD - TWO STOREY DWELLING, SWIMMING POOL AND RETAINING WALLS - LOT 21 DP 270304, 19 ADEY PLACE, CASTLE HILL
RESOLUTION
The application be approved subject to conditions as set out in the report with Condition No. 17 being deleted and replaced as follows:
PAGE 2 17. Construction Management Plan
A construction management plan is to be submitted to, and be prepared to the satisfaction of, Council’s Manager Development Assessment prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate. The plan is required to detail the following:-
- Waste storage areas during construction; and
- Parking of construction vehicles and traffic management
The plan shall ensure that construction will occur without unnecessarily impacting upon the safe and efficient movement of vehicles from adjoining properties and the integrity of the revegetation areas.
The approved Construction Management Plan must be implemented during all stages of construction.
