Paid affiliation fees: LANSW $50, ANSW $254.10inc GST , Fair Trading $52
Received $750 from Beresfield Bowling Club
Delegate reports: Kerry O'Keefe and Chantelle Grills present for voting of Port Hunter Zone Coordinator Troy Morrison
Need to consider if anyone wants to host Port Hunter Multi for next season for Sunday 9th November. We will consider doing it if no one else wants to do it.
Constitution template to be looked at by ANSW for dual clubs.
Fees to LANSW will be the same as last season $48. IGA will not be a sponsor this season.
Registrations: 23rd and 30th August 9-11. Other dates in September if wanted Canteen:
General business: Postponement of School Carnivals- weather permitting Woodberry will be 13th June and Beresfield will be 20th June from 7.30pm. Phone call after meeting changing Woodberry to Tuesday 18th June Paperwork to be completed for signature on cheques etc Letter/certificate of appreciation to be sent to Beresfield and East Maitland Bowling Club
Set date for season: 20th Sept- 6th Dec (Christmas) with Zone following week. Resume 17th January-28th March.

Next meeting 15th July in Rainbow Room Beresfield Bowling Club 7.30. Note this is a week later due to members being away.
