I would like to inform you with due respect that I have prepared my project report on "Role of Technology in Banking Industry (Human Resource Management)" after doing my best to make a thorough analysis of the roles played by technology in HRM in banking sector . After working hard, I have now completed my project report completely and hope you will be satisfied after reading it. I learned a lot about the roles and purpose of technology in banking HRM during the project period, which was a very valuable experience for me.

I thank Almighty Allah for giving me the strength to successfully complete the project report within a specific time frame. I have prepared my project report on the topic “Role of Technology in Banking Sector (Human Resource Management)”. In the banking sector, numerous activities are carried out with the aim of achieving business objectives.

When business organizations evaluate employee performance through technology, employee information is tracked in software. Now, HR departments of organizations can provide training to employees online rather than physically.

The technology and software help companies to properly manage the organization's employees. The Human Resources department can plan the tasks of the employees using the software and technology.

Bank manpower should be well trained to maintain banking operations efficiently. With the help of HR software, the HR department of banks is now able to automatically maintain the training tasks of the organization's employees. The HR department is able to improve the performance of the personnel by using this software.

Moreover, the HR software also helps the Human Resource of the banks in evaluating the performance of the employees. The Human Resource IT tools are capable of maintaining organizational management in an effective manner. In the past, the HR departments of the business organizations performed the data management activities manually.

The HR departments of the banking organizations now automatically maintain their processes in a short time via technology and software. Previously, the HR departments of the business organizations were used for many phone calls, emails and paperwork. But after the launch of the technology, excessive HR tools have come into the business organizations to maintain the duties of the HR officers.

The HR staff of the banking organizations are greatly benefited for the availability of the HR tools. The HR of the banking organizations can use the technology to search for candidates to work in their organization. The HR of the banks post circular of their company on their official website and other mail circular websites.

Now a days, HR managers use technology to facilitate their work and make better judgments. The training and development process enables HR teams to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of established objectives. The documentation process helps increase transparency within the company and fosters a culture of trust.
