INVITATION FOR TENDERS
Sealed Tenders are hereby invited from the eligible Tenderers who can participate in the following tender as per terms & conditions stated below.
1. Procuring Entity : Pubali Bank Limited, Establishment Division, Head Office, 26 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000.
2. Tender Name : S Supply of 08 (Eight) Nos. 100% Re-conditioned Toyota AXIO-G Car, 1500 CC, Wine/ Light blue/ Black/ Gray or any Sophisticated color, manufacturing year: 2013-2014, DVD player (original), Alloy Rim, New Tyres, Low Mileage, Standard tools with spare wheel, etc, Computer analysis (Engine, Chassis and Suspension) cost to borne by the Supplier.
3 Price of Tender Document : Nil.
4. Eligibility of Tenderers : 1. Having valid trade license up to date, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
2. Bidder must be importer.
5. Time for completion of the work
: Immediately.
6. Amount of Tender security : Not Necessary 7. Name and address of the
office from where tender documents will be obtained
& to be dropped.

11 Special Instructions : i) Pubali Bank Limited reserves the right to accept partly or fully any quotation or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest quotation.
ii) Lowest price is not the only criteria to accept the bid. Quality of job with competitive price shall be appreciated.
