KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembangunan agroindustri bioethanol terpadu berkapasitas 150 kilo liter/hari berbahan baku ubi kayu di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Propinsi Sumatera Selatan layak dengan pertimbangan sebagai berikut :
1. Pasar bioethanol dalam negeri sangat menjanjikan dan terbuka luas.
2. Dokumen-dokumen sebagai bentuk keabsahan pendirian suatu agroindustri terpadu telah disiapkan dan legalitasnya dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
3. Teknologi proses pembuatan bioethanol yang digunakan adalah teknologi yang tepat guna
4. Tanah atau areal yang digunakan untuk perkebunan ubi kayu tersedia cukup luas di Kabupaten OKUT Propinsi Sumatera Selatan dan dapat digunakan sebagai suatu sistem terpadu dengan unit pengolahan/pabrik bioethanol.
5. Kebutuhan untuk keperluan manajemen dan organisasi cukup tersedia di Kabupaten OKUT Propinsi Sumatera Selatan.
6. Analisis kelayakan finansial menunjukan bahwa pembangunan agroindustri bioethanol terpadu layak untuk dibangun. Hasil analisis kelayakan sebagai berikut : NPV = Rp. 28.002.683.149,24 ; IRR = 14,61% ; Net B/C = 1,11 ; BEP = 53% kapasitas produksi terpasang ; PBP = 4 tahun 3 bulan 28 hari dan PR = 1,22

The demand and increase of world fuel price has led to the need of
bio-fuel substitution, for example with bio-ethanol. Based on “the road map of
bio-fuel utilization“ until year of 2025, Indonesia need bio-ethanol of 6,28 million kilo
liter. This value can’t be fulfilled only from the existing plant. The purpose of this
research was to know feasibility of development integrated bio-ethanol
agro-industry with capacity of 150 kilo liter per day using cassava as feedstock in
Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Propinsi Sumatera Selatan. The method
used in this research was survey and literature study. The data got from this
research were grouped and analyzed based on feasibility study aspects consisted
of market and marketing, law, technology and raw material, management and
organizational and financial and economy aspect.
The result of this research showed that the development of integrated
bio-ethanol agro-industry with capacity of 150 kilo liter per day in Kabupaten Ogan
Komering Ulu Timur Propinsi Sumatera Selatan was feasible. The market and
about availability of renewable energy. The law aspect showed that the originality
of all documents needed for integrated agro-industry were right. The technology
and raw material aspect were fit with the efficiency of technology to produce
bio-ethanol and the plantation for preparing raw material to guarantee raw material
supply for production processing. Management and organizational aspect can be
well arranged due to labour availability in Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur
and financial aspect showed that this project was feasible to develop. The
