Lect ur er s should const ant ly be chalenged w it h asks t hat r efer t o skill and

know ledge j ust beyond t hier cur r ent level of m ast er y. This w ill capt ur e t heir

m ot ivat ion and build on pr evious successes in or der t o enhance t he confidence of
