Anggun Nur lestari, 210110110727, Jurusan Hubungan Masyarakat, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Padjadjaran, Judul Penelitian “Proses Perencanaan Humas Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Pemerintah Kota Bandung Dalam Pelayanan Informasi Publik”, yang dibimbing oleh Dra. Feliza Zubair, M.Si. sebagai pembimbing utama dan Yustikasari, S.Sos., M.I.Kom, sebagai pembimbing pendamping.
Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan humas Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Pemerintah Kota Bandung dalam pelayanan informasi publik melalui Unit Pengaduan Pelayanan Masyarakat (UPPM) yang berupa analisis situasi, penetapan tujuan, analisis khalayak, pemilihan media dan tehnik tehnik humas, serta pengukuran hasil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumen.

School of Communication Science, University of Padjadjaran, and the Title of Research is “The Public Relations Planning of Bandung Municipal Government Communication and Informatics Agency In The Public Information Service,”
under guidance of Dra. Feliza Zubair, M.Si. and Yustikasari, S.Sos., M.I.Kom.,
each of them are in the capacity of primary counselor and secondary counselor.
The objective of this research is to understand the Public Relations
Planning of Bandung Municipal Government Communication and Informatics
Agency in the public information service by Public Service Information Unit
(PSIU) in the form of situational analysis, decision of goals, the public analysis,
selection of public relations technologies and media, and measurement of results.
The research method used is descriptive method in qualitative data. The data
collection techniques used is by means of profound interview, observation,
literature study, and document.
The results of the research suggest, in the stage of situational analysis, the
Bandung Municipal Government Communication and Informatics Agency create
the Public Service Information Unit (PSIU) which is coordinated by PPID
official, for purposes, for making Bandung Municipal Government a transparent,
effective and efficient, accountable public agency, and for delivering quality
information service. For target of public community of Bandung City, the media
application is face-to-face, phone, short message, E-mail, and Tribun Jabar. The
measurement of results is by monitoring the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
of public information service; that is, it is constant for the sake of public
community in Bandung City. And evaluation by developing e-Government,
colleting data on Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) to detect periodic performance
of service unit. Suggestion to be proposed is the public information service
