Dalam rangka menunjang kegiatan para pelanggan, perusahaan juga menyediakan fasilitas pelayanan tahun 2013 berupa:
1. Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Asal (Certificate of Origin) dilaksanakan dalam waktu rata-rata 15 menit per dokumen.
2. Penanganan proses dokumen di luar PT KBN (Persero) dan pemindahan barang ekspor dapat dilaksanakan dalam waktu 3 jam dan barang impor dilaksanakan dalam waktu 4,5 jam.
3. Pelayanan kegiatan angkutan barang pelanggan dilaksanakan selama 24 jam per hari.
4. Tersedianya alat angkut dan alat mekanik yang siap pakai untuk melayani pelanggan.
5. Penanganan keluhan pelanggan untuk perbaikan/ pemeliharaan prasarana dan sarana sesuai Standar Mutu ISO 9001:2008, yang meliputi: pemeliharaan jalan dan saluran air, pemeliharaan instalasi air, listrik, dan telepon, serta pemeliharaan taman dan kebersihan kawasan. 6. Tersedianya fasilitas pendukung aktivitas pelanggan antara lain: bank, kantor pos/perusahaan ekspedisi & pelabuhan khusus di Marunda, perbengkelan, kantin, sentra bisnis.
7. Tersedianya fasilitas sosial dan fasilitas umum antara lain: a. Pelayanan Keamanan dan Ketertiban yang meliputi:
pengamanan dan ketertiban kawasan, patroli keamanan, pemadam kebakaran, pengamanan kasus unjuk rasa, dan bantuan penyelesaian masalah ketenagakerjaan.
b. Sarana ibadah dan sarana olahraga.
8. Tersedianya sarana perawatan dan pelayanan kesehatan atau poliklinik (medical centre) yang melayani pasien selama 24 jam per hari oleh SBU Pelayanan Kesehatan. 9. Dalam proses sertifikasi atas penerapan SIstem
Manajemen Lingkungan (SML) ISO 14000:2004 dalam meningkatkan pelayanan PT KBN (Persero) kepada para investor.
In order to support the customers’ activity, the company also provides service facilities in 2014 in the form of:

Lingkungan Hidup adalah kesatuan ruang de ngan semua benda, daya, keadaan, dan makhluk hidup, termasuk manusia dan perilakunya, yang mempengaruhi kelangsungan perikehidupan dan kesejahteraan manusia serta makhluk hidup lain. Adapun upaya pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup untuk melestarikan fungsi lingkungan hidup meliputi kebijaksanaan penaatan, pemanfaatan, pengembangan, pemeliharaan, pemulihan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian lingkungan hidup. PT KBN telah melakukan pengelolaan lingkung an hidup di wilayah kawasan berikat sesuai peraturan Pemerintah RI No.27 tahun 1999 (tentang Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan Hidup, AMDAL). Dalam melakukan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup, PT KBN mengikuti AMDAL kawasan. Perusahaan mempunyai program kerja terkait masalah ini dengan implementasinya mengacu kepada Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (RKL) dan Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan Hidup (RPL), sebagai pelaksanaan pengelolaan lingkungan secara kimia fisik, biologi, sosial ekonomi budaya, dan kesehatan.
Salah satu contoh pengelolaan lingkungan secara kimia fisik adalah pengelolaan limbah cair. Saat ini PT KBN telah berhasil mengelola limbah cair domestik dengan menggunakan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL). Dengan instalasi ini, perusahaan berhasil mendaur ulang limbah cair menjadi air bersih.
Di bidang kesehatan, perusahaan telah melakukan
pembentukan Panitia Pembina Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (P2K3). Mereka telah mela kukan kegiatan Pembasmian Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) di lingkungan kawasan dan pabrik. Dalam melakukan kegiatan ini, P2K3 bekerja sama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jakarta Utara dan investor di kawasan. Program ini berlangsung rutin setiap enam bulan atau menyesuaikan kondisi kebutuhan dengan menggunakan abtisasi. Perusahaan juga memberikan pelatihan hyperkes kepada karyawan dan investor setiap semester minimal 100 peserta yang berasal dari 20 investor.
Di luar itu semua, KBN sebagai pengelolaan kawasan memiliki investor-investor dengan beraneka kegiatan dan sebagai pendukung pengelola kawasan di dalam lingkungan hidup sesuai keputusan Gubernur Propinsi DKI Jakarta nomor 189 tahun 2002 (tentang jenis usaha/kegiatan yang wajib di lengkapi UKL/UPL). Untuk itu, setiap investor wajib memiliki dokumen Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan dan Upaya Pemantauan Lingkungan (UPL) sebagai dasar petunjuk implementasi pengelolaan lingkungan hidup.
Sehingga, setiap investor yang menghasilkan limbah wajib mengelola sendiri limbahnya sebelum membuang ke sekitar lingkungan kawasan. Investor yang menghasilkan limbah cair tersebut sudah harus sesuai baku mutu seperti yang tertuang dalam keputusan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Nomor 582 tahun 1995 (tentang penetapan peruntukan dan baku mutu limbah cair di wilayah DKI Jakarta). Sedangkan investor yang menghasilkan limbah udara ambient harus mengikuti prosedur sesuai baku mutu menurut keputusan Gubernur Propinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor 551 tahun 2001 tentang penetapan baku mutu udara ambient dan baku tingkat kebisingan di Propinsi DKI Jakarta.

of PT KBN has been conducting environmental
management in the region of the appropriate government regulation bonded RI No. 27 of 1999 (about the analysis on Environmental Impact, AMDAL). In performing the environmental management, PT KBN follow AMDAL area. The company has a work programme associated with the implementation of this issue refer to the environmental management plan (RKL) and Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL), as the implementation of environmental management in physical chemistry, biological, cultural, economic and social health.
One example of a physical chemistry environmental management is the management of liquid waste. Currently PT KBN has been successfully managing the domestic liquid waste with the use of waste water treatment Installations (IPAL). With this installation, the company managed to recycle liquid waste into clean water.
In the field of health, the company has made the establishment of the Committee for Labor safety and health Work (P2K3). They have been doing the mosquito Nest Eradication activities (PSN) in the area of environment and the plant. In performing these activities, P2K3 in collaboration with Provincial health office North Jakarta and investors in the region. This program takes place regularly every six months or customize the condition needs by using abtisasi. The company is also giving training hyperkes to employees and investors each semester at least 100 participants coming from 20 investors.
Besides all, KBN as management areas have investors with diverse activities and as a supporter in the area manager for the environment by a decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province number 189 in 2002 (about the type of business/ activities that are mandatory in the UKL/UPL complete). Dalam pelestarian lingkungan, perusahaan membaginya menjadi dua kegiatan yaitu flora dan fauna. Pelestarian flora di lingkungan perusahaan menggunakan metode penanaman dan penggantian pohon-pohon yang mati di sekitar kawasan. PT KBN (Persero) juga turut berpartisipasi pada program pemerintah berupa penanaman 10 juta pohon. Untuk itu, setiap tahunnya perusaha an melakukan penanaman pohon minimal 200 batang di setiap kawasan yang ada di wilayah PT KBN (Persero).
Perusahaan juga membuat program untuk menunjang pelestarian fauna bebas jenis unggas-unggasan yang hidup di dalam kawasan. Demi menunjang kelestarian fauna tersebut, perusahaan menjaga tempat hidup mereka tetap lengkap dengan ketersediaan bahan makanan. Untuk itu, perusahaan menanam berbagai pohon yang menghasilkan buah-buahan sebagai konsumsi fauna tersebut, semisal menanam pohon sawo kecil dan seri (kersen) di sekitar kawasan.

In the environmental conservation, The Company divide it into two activities namely flora and fauna. The Conservation of flora in a corporate environment using methods of planting and replacement of dead trees around the area. KBN PT (Persero) also participated in the Government program of planting 10 million trees. To that end, each year the company conducts tree planting at least 200 rods in each region in the PT KBN (Persero).

Masalah hukum atas tanah eks Sudirdjo dan eks Hadiono
• Dalam pelaksanaan pengamanan asset perusahaan, maka perusahaan akan melakukan balik nama hak atas tanah ex Sudirdjo dan ex Hadiono menjadi Hak Pengelolaan Lahan (HPL) atas nama PT KBN (Persero) ternyata pengurusan tersebut tidak dapat dilaksanakan oleh BPN;
• Gagalnya pengurusan tersebut disebabkan adanya Laporan Polisi No. 130/48/K/I/2010/Resju, tanggal 11 Januari 2010, oleh pelapor Sudirdjo yang mengaku berhak atas tanah SHM No. 830/Segara Makmur & SHM No. 831/Segara Makmur, yang melaporkan Mantan Direktur Utama dan Staf PT KBN (Persero) sebagai tersangka dalam kasus pemberi keterangan palsu ke akta autentik ke Polres Metropolitan Jakata Utara;

The Company Legal issues over land ex Sudirdjo and ex Hadiono
• In the implementation of safeguards assets, then the company will perform a reverse name land rights ex Sudirdjo and ex Hadiono into land management Rights (HPL) under the name of PT (Persero) KBN, but it turns out that the arrangements cannot be implemented by BPN;

• Terhadap masalah tersebut PT KBN (Persero) melalui kuasa hukum TM. Mangunsong & Partners dalam suratnya No. 57/TMM-P/PVI/2010, tanggal 24 Juni 2010, menjelaskan riwayat dan bukti-bukti kepemilikan PT KBN (Persero) atas tanah tersebut. Namun masalah tersebut terus berlanjutan sampai saat ini atas laporan tersebut, Mantan Direktur Utama dan Staf PT KBN (Persero) saat ini disidangkan di PN Jakarta Utara dengan dakwaan melanggar Pasal 266 KUHP dan diputus bersalah, selanjutnya PT KBN (Persero) telah melakukan Banding ke Pengadilan Tinggi melalui Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara tanggal 14 Desember 2011, dan telah diputuskan ke Pengadilan Tinggi DKI Jakarta dengan memenangkan PT KBN (Persero) dalam Putusan No. 09/ PID/2012/PT DKI tanggal 9 Maret 2012 atas putusan tersebut jaksa mengajukan kasasi ke Mahkamah Agung yang memutuskan mengabulkan permohonan kasasi jaksa, artinya terdakwa dinyatakan bersalah dan telah dilaksanakan eksekusi di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cipinang. Saat ini PT KBN (Persero) telah melakukan upaya peninjauan kembali;
• Terhadap masalah tersebut PT KBN (Persero) perlu melakukan lapor balik di Polda Metro Jaya dengan laporan No. LP/4222/XII/2010/PMJ/Ditreskrim.Um, tanggal 3 Desember 2010. Oknum yang mengaku Sudirjo Hadiono telah dinyatakan bersalah dan dituntut hukuman 7 bulan sesuai putusan persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara No.1398/Pid.8/2012/ PN.Jkt.Ut, tanggal 7 Agustus 2012;
• Dalam putusan tingkat banding di Pengadilan Tinggi No.361/Pid/2012/PT DKI Jkt, tanggal 28 Desember 2012 memenangkan PT KBN (Persero) dan terdakwa terbukti bersalah melakukan tindak pidana penggunaan surat palsu yang mengajukan upaya kasasi;
• Atas kekalahan tersebut, Agus Supriyanto, Lutfi Sriyono, dan Daud Adhi dihukum bersalah dan telah selesai menjalani masa hukumannya;
• PT KBN (P) mengirim Surat No.369/SBA/DRT.5.2/09/2014 tgl 16 September 2014 untuk meminta Legal Opinion ke Kejaksaan Tinggi dan surat ke Depnaker, perihal status kepegawaian yang bersangkutan.
Masalah ganti rugi tanah yang terkena Proyek Kanal Banjir Timur (KBT)
• Dalam tahun 2010 masalah ganti rugi atas tanah PT KBN (Persero) yang terkena KBT dan diajukan sejak 10-05-2004, terakhir dengan surat No.0124/SBA/ DRT.7.1/08/2010, tanggal 31-08-2010, dan ganti rugi sebesar Rp 142.619.682.000 sesuai NJOP 2010 (Rp 537.000/m2), masih belum ada penyelesaian;
• To that problem PT KBN (Persero) through the power of the law TM. Mangunsong Partners in his letter No. 57/ THICK.-P/PVI/2010, 24th of June 2010, explaining the history and evidence of ownership of PT KBN (Persero) on the land owning. But the issue has continued to progress to present days, by the report. Former Director and staff of PT (Persero) KBN now being in court in district court in North Jakarta with charges of violating Article 266 of the CRIMINAL CODE and disconnected the next guilty, PT KBN (Persero) has made an appeal to the High Court through the District Court North Jakarta on 14 December 2011, and it was decided to the High Court of DKI Jakarta with a winning PT KBN (Persero) in Ruling No. 09/PID/2012/PT JAWA date 9 March 2012 top the prosecutors filed the Cassation’s ruling to the Supreme Court that decided in favour of the petition of Cassation Prosecutor, meaning that the defendant was convicted and has carried out an execution in Cipinang prison correctional facility. Currently PT KBN will make judicial review.
• To that problem PT KBN (Persero) need to do a turning report at Metro Polda Jaya with report No. LP/4222/ XII/2010/Ditreskrim/PMJ. Um, December 3, 2010. Persons who claim to Sudirjo Hadiono have been convicted and sentenced to 7 months in accordance demands the verdict of the trial in the District Court North Jakarta No. 1398/Pid. 8/2012/PN. Jkt. Ut, August 7, 2012;
• In appellate ruling in the High Court No. 361/Pid/2012/ PT JAWA Jkt, December 28, 2012 win PT KBN (Persero) and the defendant is proven guilty of committing a criminal offence the use of fake letters asking the efforts of Cassation;
• Over the defeat, Mr.Agus Supriyanto, Mr.Lutfi Sriyono and Mr.Daud Adhi convicted guilty and undergo the punishment has been completed.
• PT KBN (P) sent a letter No. 369/SBA/DRT. 5.2/09/2014 date September 16, 2014 to request Legal Opinion to the Prosecutor and to the staffing status subject, Labour Department is concerned.
The issue of compensation land affected by Flood Channel East Project (KBT)
• In year 2010 issues of compensation for the land of PT KBN (Persero) affected East Flood Kanal and filed since 2004-05-10, last by letter No. 0124/SBA/DRT. 7.1/08/2010, on 31-08-2010, and damages amounting to Rp 142.619.682.000 as NJOP 2010 (Rp 537.000/m2),

• Pada tanggal 7 Januari 2011 melalui surat No.002/SBA/ DRT.7.1/01/2011 PT KBN (Persero) memohon kepada Jaksa Agung Muda Perdata & Tata Usaha Negara untuk menjadi mediator dalam masalah tersebut;
• Setelah dilakukan beberapa kali mediasi antara Pemprov DKI Jakarta dengan PT KBN (Persero) yang difasilitasi oleh Jamdatun terakhir tanggal 9 Maret 2011 dan sesuai dengan surat Kejaksaan Agung Muda Perdata & Tata Usaha Negara, tanggal 24-03-2011 No. B-100/G/ GPH.1/03/2011, bahwa terdapat perbedaan pendapat antara PT KBN (Persero) dengan Pemprov DKI Jakarta mengenai Surat Izin Pengelolaan Penggunaan Tanah (SIPPT) dan perbedaan penafsiran mengenai ruang lingkup fasum/fasos sehingga mediasi telah gagal, dengan demikian PT KBN (Persero) dapat ditempuh secara letigasi di pengadilan negeri;
• Namun sebelum ditempuh jalur hukum, PT KBN (Persero) telah meminta legal opinion sesuai dengan surat No. 064/ SBA/DRT.7/06/2011, tanggal 16 Juni 2011, dan hasilnya sebagai bahan untuk melakukan perundingan kembali dengan Pemda DKI Jakarta untuk meminta ganti rugi; • Legal opinion dari Jamdatun telah disampaikan ke PT
KBN (Persero) No. B-325/6/GPH.1/08/2011, tanggal 12 Agustus 2011, dan atas dasar tersebut KBN telah mengirim surat ke Gubernur Provinsi DKI untuk minta ganti rugi dan ke Kementerian BUMN untuk minta difasilitasi;
• PT KBN (Persero) telah mengirimkan surat ke Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta No.088/SBA/DRT.7.1/07/2012, tanggal 2 Juli 2012, perihal permohonan ganti rugi tanah PT KBN (Persero) yang terkena proyek KBT dan sampai saat ini belum direalisasi;
• Direksi PT KBN (Persero) mengirimkan kembali surat ke Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta No.155/SBA/ DRT.7.1/11/2012, tanggal 22 November 2012 perihal pembayaran ganti rugi milik PT KBN (Persero) yang terkena proyek KBT;
• SIPPT sudah diterbitkan oleh Pemprov DKI Jakarta tanggal 10 April 2013.
Tanah Sarang Bango Marunda yang diserobot warga
• Dalam tahun 2010 PT KBN (Persero) telah
menindaklanjuti masalah tanah di Sarang Bango yang diserobot warga dengan melaporkan Sdr. Akani Cs ke Kepolisian Polda Metro Jaya Unit II pada tanggal 19 Maret 2010 sebagaimana tertuang dalam tanda bukti laporan nomor TBL/915/III/2010/Ditreskrim Um. Namun setelah dilakukan proses pemeriksaan saksi-saksi, tersangka (Akani) meninggal dunia, sehingga laporan dihentikan;
• By January 7th, 2011 through letter No. 002/SBA/DRT. 7.1/01/2011 PT KBN (Persero) appealed to the Attorney General of The State Civil Code Young to be the mediator in the problem;
• After several times of mediation between the provincial Government of DKI Jakarta with PT KBN (Persero) is facilitated by Jamdatun last date of March 9, 2011 and according to a letter the young Attorney General Civil Administrative State, on 24-03-2011 No. B-100/G/GPH 1/03/2011, that there is a different opinion between PT KBN (Persero) with the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta regarding the management of land use Permit (SIPPT) and differences of interpretation as to the scope of the fasum/fasos until mediation has failed, thus KBN PT (Persero) is in letigasi in the District Court;
• But before the legal lines, PT KBN (Persero) has requested a legal opinion in accordance with letter No.064/SBA/ DRT.7/06/2011, dated June 16th, 2011, and the results as a basis for negotiating with the local Government of DKI Jakarta back to ask for punitive damages.

• Proses selanjutnya PT KBN (Persero) telah melakukan proses hukum dengan melaporkan pihak yang melakukan pembangunan dan menjual kavling sesuai bukti lapor ke Polres Jakarta Utara No. TBL/4222/ XII/2011/PMJ/DLT Reskrimum, tanggal 1 Desember 2011, saat ini masih dalam pemeriksaan saksi-saksi di Polres Jakarta Utara;
• Di lokasi tanah tersebut PT KBN (Persero) telah mematok kembali batas-batas tanah dan membuat plang
pengumuman kepemilikan meskipun ada perlawanan dari masyarakat namun agar tidak menimbulkan permasalahan ke depan, PT KBN (Persero) telah melakukan persiapan sebelumnya;
• Untuk menentukan batas-batas tanah milik PT KBN (Persero) secara jelas, Polres Utara mengirim surat ke BPN dengan No.B/834/I/2012/RESJU, tanggal 26 Januari 2012, perihal pengembalian batas HPL 21 Marunda dan Kanwil BPN Jakarta Utara akan melakukan pengukuran tanggal 8 Oktober 2011 dan hasilnya akan dicek plot dengan sertifikat HPL No.11 Marunda milik PT KBN (Persero);
• Laporan yang disampaikan PT KBN (Persero) kepada kepolisian tidak dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan meninggalnya terlapor (Akani).
Masalah Perjanjian Penggunaan Tanah Industri
• Gugatan masalah Perjanjian Penggunaan Tanah Industri yang beranggapan bahwa tanah HGB di atas HPL adalah milik investor sehingga PT KBN (Persero) sebagai pemilik HPL tidak lagi memiliki kewenangan;

• PT KBN (P) melaporkan kasus ini sebagai Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Kejaksaan, karena yang bersangkutan tetap menempati lahan tanpa Legal Standing (PPTI dan HGB sudah selesai) dan telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.

Sewa lahan PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (MIT) yang bermasalah
• Dalam tahun 2012 terdapat piutang usaha atas nama PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (PT MIT) sebesar Rp 5.164.229.452 (posisi pada saat pemutusan tanggal 30-07-2010) yang terkait dengan gugatan PT MIT di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara atas perkara perdata No.314/PDT.G/2010.PN.Jkt.Ut, tanggal 26 Agustus 2010. Gugatan tersebut diajukan oleh PT MIT sehubungan dengan pemutusan perjanjian sewa menyewa depo kontainer oleh PT KBN (Persero) melalui surat No. 0106/ SBA/DRT.12/7/2010, tanggal 30 Juli 2010;
• Pemutusan perjanjian sewa menyewa tersebut disebabkan oleh tindakan PT MIT yang dianggap telah melanggar perjanjian dengan tidak memenuhi kewajibannya membayar hutang kepada PT KBN (Persero), walaupun telah beberapa kali diberi kelonggaran dan peringatan; • Guna mengantisipasi gugatan tersebut PT KBN (Persero)
pada tanggal 06 September 2010 melalui surat No.0131/ SBA/DRT.7.1/09/2010, telah memohon bantuan hukum kepada Jaksa Agung Muda Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara untuk mewakili PT KBN (Persero) sebagai tergugat dalam perkara tersebut dan telah mengajukan jawaban atas gugatan tersebut ke Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara; • Atas gugatan perkara perdata No. 314/PDT/G/2010/
PN.Jkt.Ut yang diajukan oleh PT MIT telah diputus oleh Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara dan Pengadilan Tinggi Jakarta dengan Putusan Pengadilan Negeri:
- Menyatakan Tergugat (PT KBN (Persero)) melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum;
- Menyatakan perjanjian sewa menyewa depo
kontainer No. 02/SPS.DC/DRT.11.1/12/2003 tetap sah dan mengikat;
- Menghukum Tergugat untuk memperbaiki semua kerusakan obyek sewa;
- Menghukum Tergugat untuk membayar ganti kerugian kepada Penggugat sebesar lebih kurang Rp 81.789.459.183,-;
Dalam Putusan Pengadilan Tinggi: menguatkan Putusan Pengadilan Negeri sesuai Putusan No. 481/PDT/2011, tanggal 1 November 2011;
• Terhadap Putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Jakarta Utara tersebut PT KBN (Persero) melalui kuasa hukum (Jaksa Pengacara Negara) telah mengajukan upaya hukum

• By the year 2012 there are accounts receivable effort on behalf of PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (PT MIT) amounting to Rp 5.164.229.452 (the position at the time of termination on 30-07-2010) related to a lawsuit in State Court MIT PT North Jakarta over the civil Docket No. 314/PDT. G/2010. PN. Jkt. Ut, 26 August 2010. The lawsuit filed by PT MIT with respect to termination of lease agreement by PT container depo KBN (Persero) through its letter No. 0106/SBA/DRT. 12/7/2010, dated 30 July 2010;
• The termination of the lease agreement due to the action of PT MIT deems has violated the agreement by not fulfilling his obligation to pay the debt to PT (Persero) KBN, although has several times given the leeway and warnings;
• In order to anticipate the lawsuit of PT KBN (Persero) on 06 September 2010 through letter No. 0131/SBA/ DRT. 7.1/09/2010, had begged the assistance of the law to the young Attorney General Civil and Administrative State to represent PT KBN (Persero) as the defendants in the case and have filed an answer to the lawsuit into a State Court North Jakarta;
• Civil litigation Lawsuit Over No. 314/PDT/G/2010/distric court North Jakarta, filed by PT MIT has been terminated by North Jakarta District Court and the high courts of Jakarta with the verdict of the District Court:
- Declaring the defendants (KBN PT (Persero)) does tort law;
- Declaring depo container lease agreement number. 02/SPS. DC/DRT. 11.1/12/2003 continue to be valid and binding;
- Punish Defendants for fixing all the damage the lease object;
- Condemn the defendants to pay damages to the plaintiff amounting to approximately Rp 81.789.459.183,-;
In High Court ruling: the District Court concurred in accordance Decision No. 481/PDT/2011, dated November 1, 2011;

Accounts receivable from PT Systemindo Trans Ghatotkacha efforts (GTS) is in a stalled condition.
• In the year 2009 there were receivables effort on behalf of PT Trans Systemindo Ghatotkacha (GTS) amounting to Rp 251.831.472 with more than 2 years of age who come from rent 2 wing box belonging to PT (Persero) KBN;
• PT KBN (Persero) has been doing the accounts receivable reconciliation, sending a warning to the PT GTS, requesting confirmation from DHL regarding your payment information from DHL to PT GTS, and charging to the PT GTS. But there was no response;
• Based on the results of the konfimasi accounts receivable received by mail to GM SBUP GTS PT Logistics No. 01/ GTS-KBN/02/2011, dated 04-02-2011, PT GTS stated has no debt on PT KBN (Persero);
• The receivables stalled is caused by the execution of the lease rent is only supported with the concept of treaty number 04/SPS-GTS-KBN/11/06, the date, November 28, 2006. This condition was the reason for rejecting the GTS PT admit the debt;
• To fix the issue, through letter No. 11/SBA/I.
6.2/02/2011, dated February 18, 2011, PT (Persero) KBN handed over the settlement of the accounts receivable to KPKNL. In addition to the instructions of Directors no. 005/INS/DRT. 2.1/02/2011 has formed teams of confirmation and clarification of accounts receivable of PT GTS;

• KPKNL through his letter No. 2368/WKN. 07/02/2011 KNL., December 13, 2011, asking for a response to PT KBN (Persero) over the objections of PT GTS to pay the invoice to KBN PT (Persero);

Piutang usaha PT Gatotkaca Trans Systemindo (GTS) yang macet.
• Dalam tahun 2009 terdapat piutang usaha atas nama PT Gatotkaca Trans Systemindo (GTS) sebesar Rp 251.831.472 dengan umur lebih dari 2 tahun yang berasal dari sewa 2 wing box milik PT KBN (Persero); • PT KBN (Persero) telah melakukan rekonsiliasi piutang,
mengirim peringatan kepada PT GTS, meminta konfirmasi dari DHL mengenai informasi pembayaran dari DHL ke PT GTS, dan melakukan penagihan ke PT GTS. Tetapi tidak ada tanggapan;
• Berdasarkan hasil konfimasi piutang terima melalui surat PT GTS kepada GM SBUP Logistik No. 01/GTS-KBN/02/2011, tanggal 04-02-2011, PT GTS menyatakan tidak mempunyai hutang pada PT KBN (Persero);
• Macetnya piutang tersebut disebabkan oleh pelaksanaan sewa menyewa hanya didukung dengan konsep
perjanjian Nomor 04/SPS-GTS-KBN/11/06, tanggal 28 Nopember 2006. Kondisi ini dijadikan alasan PT GTS untuk menolak mengakui hutangnya;
• Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, melalui surat No.11/ SBA/AKU.6.2/02/2011, tanggal 18 Februari 2011, PT KBN (Persero) menyerahkan penyelesaian piutang tersebut ke KPKNL. Di samping itu dengan Instruksi Direksi No. 005/INS/DRT.2.1/02/2011 telah dibentuk Tim Konfirmasi dan Klarifikasi Piutang PT GTS;
• Sesuai dengan hasil Tim Konfirmasi dan Sertifikasi Piutang PT GTS melalu surat No. 56/SBA/
AKU.6.2/08/2011, tanggal 15 Agustus 2011, PT KBN (Persero) menyerahkan dokumen untuk kelengkapan proses pengurusan piutang PT GTS;
• KPKNL telah mengirimkan Surat Penetapan SP3N (Surat Penerimaan Pengurusan Piutang Negara) kepada PT GTS sesuai surat No. 96/PUPNC.10/02/2011, tanggal 22 September 2011;

• Sesuai surat undangan dari KPKNL No.Und-05/WKN.07/ KNL.02/2012, tanggal 13 Maret 2012, telah dilakukan rapat koordinasi pembahasan masalah piutang PT GTS bahwa pihak KPKNL akan tetap melakukan penagihan ke PT GTS;
• Telah dilakukan pembahasan di KPKNL dengan PT GTS dan PT KBN (Persero), PT GTS bersedia
membayar hutangnya kepada PT KBN (Persero) sebesar Rp 251.831.472,00,-;
• Sesuai surat keputusan KPKNL tentang Penetapan Jumlah Piutang Negara (PJPN) atas nama PT Gatot Trans Systemindo no: PJPN-17/PUPNC.10.02/2012 tanggal 28 Juni 2012 ditetapkan sebesar Rp.277.014.619,20 (termasuk Biad 10%);
• KPKNL telah mengirimkan surat undangan No.UND-11/ WKN.07/KNL.02/2012 tanggal 09 Juli 2012 untuk dilakukan pembahasan dan penyelesaian masalah piutang negara atas nama PT Gatot Trans Systemindo tanggal 12 Juli 2012;
• PTGTS melalui suratnya kepada KPKNL tanggal 18 Juli 2012 menyatakan keberatan dan tidak bisa melakukan pembayaran kepada pihak PT KBN (Persero) dengan alasan tagihan yang dibebankan adalah tagihan ”Ritase” sedangkan sudah ada perubahan sistem pembayaran secara ”Sewa Bulanan”;
• Atas masalah tersebut, KPKNL menyampaikan surat panggilan kepada PT GTS dengan no: S-487/WKN.07/ KNL.02/2013 tanggal 28 Maret 2013;
• Sesuai Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 77/PUU-IX/2011, tanggal 25 September 2012, bahwa terhitung bulan Oktober 2012 pengurusan piutang perseroan tidak lagi melalui Panitia Urusan Piutang Negara/KPKNL tetapi melalui mekanisme korporasi;
• Sesuai putusan tersebut, KPKNL telah mengembalikan berkas piutang PT GTS dengan posisi saldo sebesar Rp 251.831.472,00,- dan selanjutnya akan diproses sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi nomor: 018/SKD/ DRT.6.2/02/2013 tanggal 08 Februari 2013 tentang Tata Cara Penghapusbukuan Piutang Macet.
Piutang usaha PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya (SNR)
• Dalam tahun 2011 terdapat piutang usaha PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya sebesar Rp 1.877.990.000,00 yang terdiri dari sewa lahan sebesar Rp 1.382.990.000,00 dan piutang jasa lift on - lift off sebesar Rp 495.000.000,00. Timbulnya piutang ini berdasarkan Berita Acara
Kesepakatan antara PT KBN (Persero) dengan PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya Nomor: 62/BAK/DPP.3.2/10/2011, tanggal 04 Oktober 2011 namun belum ditindaklanjuti dengan perjanjian.

• PT KBN (Persero) sudah beberapa kali melakukan penagihan dan melakukan pertemuan namun yang bersangkutan belum melakukan pembayaran. • PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya melalui surat Nomor 277/
SNRGA-PNT/IX/2012 tanggal 21 September 2012 menyampaikan beberapa hal antara lain:
• Mengakui jumlah piutang sebesar Rp 1.877.990.000,00 • Mengajukan untuk dapat diangsur selama 120 bulan.
Menindaklanjuti surat dari PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya pihak PT KBN (Persero) mengundang PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya sesuai surat Nomor: 212/SBA. LOG.12.3/10/2012, tanggal 4 Oktober 2012, untuk membahas permintaan tersebut namun PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya tidak memenuhi undangan.
• Dalam penanganan permasalahan PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya, Tim Penyelesaian Piutang PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya telah mengirimkan surat ke Konsultan Hukum PT KBN (Persero) Law Office Muchtar Pakpahan & Associates sesuai surat nomor 01/SBA/TIM/10/2012, tanggal 18 Oktober 2012, agar diberikan tindakan hukum.
• PT KBN (Persero) pada bulan Juli 2014 memberikan surat kuasa khusus Nomor 015/SKK/DRT.5.3/07/2014 kepada Jaksa Pengacara Negara untuk penyelesaian piutang PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya. Pertemuan antara Jaksa Pengacara Negara dan PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya dicapai kesepakatan bahwa PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya bersedia membayar hutang kepada PT KBN (Persero) dengan cara mencicil sebanyak 6 (enam) kali terhitung bulan Oktober 2014 sampai dengan Maret 2015. Sesuai surat dari Direktur Administrasi & Keuangan Nomor 150/SBA/DAK.5.3/09/2014 tanggal 24 September 2014 perihal persetujuan pembayaran hutang PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya menyetujui pembayaran dilakukan dengan mencicil.

Prinsip Transparansi menghendaki perusahaan un tuk mengungkapkan informasi yang memadai secara tepat waktu yang berkaitan dengan aspek kinerja perusahaan. Pengungkapan tersebut penting agar memungkinkan para stakeholders dapat mengakses informasi dan memonitor secara efektif tindakan-tindakan manajemen serta memantau kinerja perusahaan.
Berdasarkan hasil aspek governance pelaksana an pengungkapan informasi (disclosure) dinilai de ngan menggunakan 3 (tiga) indikator yang pemenuhannya mencerminkan best practices penerapan GCG.
Penerapan prinsip ini meliputi beberapa aspek antara lain: • Laporan Keuangan yang harus mengungkapkan semua
informasi keuangan yang material, prinsip, dan kebijakan akuntansi yang digunakan serta audit harus dilakukan oleh auditor yang independen;
• Penyampaian informasi lainnya kepada publik sesuai prosedur keterbukaan informasi yang harus di lakukan secara tepat waktu;
• Adanya akses berupa kemudahan untuk memperoleh informasi yang disajikan tersebut.
Perusahaan menyampaikan informasi kepada khalayak umum antara lain melalui website perusahaan yakni www. kbn.co.id, BUMN online KBN Portal, Press Release, Buletin Dua Bulanan (Info KBN), Brosur, Company Profile, Kegiatan Pameran serta promosi di sejumlah media massa.

Perusahaan telah menerapkan tata cara peng adaan barang dan jasa melalui SK Direksi Nomor 140/SKD/DIRUT/12/2008, 31 Desember 2008, tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Tata Cara Pengadaan Barang, Jasa Konstruksi, Konsultansi, dan jasa lainnya untuk dapat melakukan pengelolaan pengadaan secara efisien, efektif, dan akuntabel.
PT KBN (Persero) telah merumuskan kebijakan dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk dapat mendukung kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan usaha kecil dan mendorong persaingan usaha yang sehat dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa. Selain itu, perusahaan juga turut mendukung berkembangnya kompetensi dan daya saing usaha nasional melalui pemanfaatan produk dalam negeri.
Pada prinsipnya pengadaan barang dan jasa dilakukan melalui mekanisme lelang dengan membandingkan sebanyak-banyaknya penawaran dari penyedia barang dan jasa. Dana Program Kemitraan diberikan dalam bentuk: • Pinjaman untuk membiayai modal kerja dan atau
pembelian aktiva tetap dalam rangka meningkatkan produksi dan penjualan.
• Pembinaan dengan dana hibah untuk pelatihan, pendidikan, pemagangan, promosi dan kegiatan yang dapat menunjang produktivitas bagi mitra binaan.
Adapun kegiatan program kemitraan PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) tahun 2014 adalah:
• Penyaluran dana pinjaman kepada 249 mitra binaan senilai Rp.3.313,50 Milyar.
• Pembinaan calon mitra binaan dan mitra binaan yang diikuti oleh 344 orang terdiri dari:
a. Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan usaha,pemasaran dan kewirausahaan diikuti 249 orang.
b. Pelatihan business treatment diikuti 70 orang. c. Pelatihan tata boga kuliner mitra binaan program
pemberdayaan wanita diikuti 25 orang.
Sesuai dengan persetujuan RUPS-PKBL No.RIS.14/
D.2.MBU/2014 ditetapkan bahwa penyaluran dan Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan agar disalurkan secara terintegrasi pada wilayah usaha perusahaan dan desa-desa yang mempunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan dalam bentuk Desa Binaan sehingga perkembangan dampak diterima masyarakat dengan efektif dan terukur.

Sesuai dengan agenda RUPS LB tentang perubahan Susunan Direksi PT KBN disampaikan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan Bersama Menteri Negara BUMN dan Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor: KEP- 245/MBU/2007 dan Nomer: 6 Tahun 2007 tanggal 31 Oktober 2007, masa jabatan anggota-anggota Direksi PT KBN (Persero) berakhir pada tanggal 5 November 2012, karena itu perlu memberhentikan dan sekaligus menetapkan penggantinya.
Sesuai dengan surat Menteri BUMN Nomor: SR- 557/ MBU/2012 tanggal 15 Oktober 2012 perihal Perubahan Susunan Direksi PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) kepada Pimpinan RUPSLB PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) diusulkan pemberhentian dengan hormat nama-nama berikut sebagai anggota Direksi PT KBN yaitu Raharjo Arjosiswoyo selaku Direktur Utama, Karyono Supomo selaku Direktur Adminitrasi & Keuangan, Eddy Ihut Siahaan selaku Direktur Pemasaran dan Pengembangan serta Riyodian B. Praktikto selaku Direktur Operasi.
Pemegang Saham, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia mengusulkan nama-nama untuk menjadi Direksi PT KBN yaitu H.M. Sattar Taba sebagai Direktur Utama, Gempa Nursyamsu sebagai Direktur Adminitrasi & Keuangan, dan Teddy Robinson sebagai Direktur Pemasaran dan Pengembangan.

Active in various organizations currently serves as Vice Chairman of Kadin Indonesia, East Indonesia Regional Coordinator, Chairman of YDPI Semen Tonasa, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) cells, as well as the Chairman of the Presidium of the Indonesian Cement Association (ASI).
