PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
(OCB) DI PT. BANK CENTRAL ASIA,TBK KANTOR CABANG UTAMA MEDAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan di PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang karyawan pada PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability samplingatau sampling jenuh yang terdiri dari 75 orang karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Medan.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel yaitu kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

THE INFLUENCE OF JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP
BEHAVIOR OF PT. BANK CENTRAL ASIA, TBK KANTOR CABANG UTAMA MEDAN
This research aims to find out the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. The population of this research are 75 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. This research was selected by using nonprobability sampling which consist of 75 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. Data collections were taken using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Research shows that simultaneously job satisfaction and organizational commitment are affecting positively and significantly to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Partially, job satisfaction is affecting positively and significantly to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational commitment is also affecting positively and significantly to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
