(Studi Deskriptif Terhadap Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 43 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015)
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan pribadi
sosial yang layak berdasarkan perilaku asertif peserta didik. Masalah utama penelitian adalah “Bagaimana gambaran perilaku asertif peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 43 Bandung?” dan “Bagaimana rumusan Program Bimbingan Pribadi Sosial berdasarkan Perilaku Asertif Peserta Didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 43 Bandung?”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 306 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap
peserta didik berada pada kategori asertif sebanyak 176 orang (57,52%), dan
sebanyak 130 peserta didik (42,48%) berada pada kategori tidak asertif.
Rekomendasi penelitian ditunjukan kepada (1) guru pembimbing, program
bimbingan pribadi sosial berdasarkan perilaku asertif peserta didik dapat menjadi
rujukan dalam upaya membantu peserta didik dalam mengembangkan perilaku
asertif peserta didik dan (2) peneliti selanjutnya, pengembangan program
bimbingan pribadi sosial yang dirumuskan bersifat hipotik, peneliti selanjutnya
diharapkan mampu melakukan uji coba program bimbingan pribadi sosial
berdasarkan profil perilaku asertif untuk mengembangkan perilaku asertif peserta
didik sehingga dapat dilakukan penyempurnaan terhadap program.

The research program aims to produce a viable social personal guidance
by assertive behavior of learners. The main problem of research is "How
illustration assertive behavior class VIII students of SMP Negeri 43 Bandung?"
And "How Social Personal Tutoring program formulation based Assertive
Behavior of Students in class VIII SMP Negeri 43 Bandung?". The research
method used is descriptive study. The research sample as many as 306 students.
Results of research conducted on students in the category assertive as many as
176 people (57.52%), and as many as 130 students (42.48%) are in the category
are not assertive. Recommendations research showed to (1) a tutor, program the
personal guidance of social based assertive behavior learners can become a
reference in an effort to assist students in developing assertive behavior of
learners and (2) further research, development program personal guidance social
formulated are mortgages, further research is expected to be able to test social
programs based personal guidance to develop a profile of assertive behavior
assertive behavior of learners that can be done improvements to the program.
