Kelompok (RAK) faktorial diulang 3 (tiga) kali.
ABSTRACT
M. INDRA ISWAHYUDI: "Giving of coconut water and storage time of planting materials to the percentage of budding success and growth of cassava mukibat" supervised by NINI RAHMAWATI and MARIATI. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of coconut water and storage time of planting materials to the percentage of budding success and growth of cassava mukibat. The research was conducted at the home screen of Agriculture Faculty USU (± 32m asl) in March-June 2017 using Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) repeated 3 (three) times. The first factor is the concentration of coconut water with 4 (four) levels ie without coconut water (K0), coconut water 25% (K1), coconut water 50% (K2) and coconut water 75% (K3) and second factor of material storage Planting (bt) with 3 (three) treatment levels: 1 week storage (P1), 2 weeks storage (P2), and 3 (three) weeks storage (P3). The observed variables were percentage of budding success, spinning rate, shoot height, shoot diameter, number of leaves, number of tubers, root wet weight, and root dry weight. The results showed that the concentration of coconut water had a significant effect on the success rate of budding, root wet weight, and root dry weight. Where the best coconut water concentration is at 50% coconut water treatment (K2). The long treatment of planting material contribute significantly to sprout rate, germination percentage, number of leaves, wet root weight, and root dry weight. The best storage time for bt is 1 (one) week storage (P1). The interaction of coconut water concentration and bt storage time had significant effect on the number of leaves.
