KATA PENGANTAR
Dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan kepada pasien, seluruh perawat harus dipastikan kompetensinya sesuai dengan jenjang klinis yang dimiliki. Masing-masing jenjang klinis memiliki kompetensi, dan standar kompetensi klinis itulah yang dijadikan landasan dalam penyusunan Kewenangan Klinis.
Kewenangan Klinis adalah uraian intervensi keperawatan dan kebidanan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga keperawatan sesuai dengan area prakteknya. Dalam daftar kewenangan klinis ini dibagi menjadi lima kelompok sesuai dengan jenjang klinis yaitu :
1. Kewenangan Klinis Perawat Klinik I 2. Kewenangan Klinis Perawat Klinik II 3. Kewenangan Klinis Perawat Klinik III 4. Kewenangan Klinis Perawat Klinik IV 5. Kewenangan Klinis Perawat Klinik V

5. KEWENANGAN KLINIS PERAWAT KLINIK (PK) V
Perawat klinik V (Expert) adalah Ners Spesialis dengan pengalaman kerja 4 tahun atau Ners Spesialis Konsultan dengan pengalaman kerja 1 tahun, dan memiliki sertifikat PK-V.
Kewenangan Klinis PK V adalah seluruh Kewenangan Klinis ditambah dengan menerima konsultasi dari PK I - IV.
