First of all, the writer would like to convey his gratitude to Allah SWT for the outstanding mercy given to the writer that could finally finish this final report.
This final report was written to fulfill the requirement of final report subject at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya entitled “Writing a Documentary Video Script of Bagus Kuning as a Religious Tourism in Palembang”. The writer considers that there are still some mistakes in writing this final report. They might be caused by the limited experience, ability and knowledge that the writer had. Therefore, the writer expects the readers would give suggestions and criticism for the final report progress.

WRITING A DOCUMENTARY VIDEO SCRIPT OF BAGUS KUNING AS A RELIGIOUS TOURISM IN PALEMBANG
(Herik Sanjaya, 2021: 48 Pages, 17 Tables and 3 chart)
The aims of this research is to produce script of the video documentary of Bagus Kuning to promote as religious tourism in Palembang. The purposes of writing this final report is to find how to write documentary video script for Bagus Kuning to promote as religious tourism in Palembang. To get the purpose, the writer used Research and Development method modification by Sukmadinata (2005). The results show that there are 3 steps to make the video script for documentary video Bagus Kuning to promote as religious tourism tourism in Palembang. They are preliminary study, model development and final product testing. There were three experts participated as participants to give comm ents and suggestions on content, writing style, language and video. The comments and suggestion from the experts were used to revised the first version into final version. Based on the result, the writer expected to futher researchers to make promotional video about religious tourism in Palembang besides Bagus Kuning.
