THE REVOCATION OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 42/1992 ON THE PRODUCTION OF NATIONAL CAR

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
Considering :
that in the framework of national economic reforms and restructuring, it is deemed
necessary to abrogate Presidential Decree No. 42/1996 on the production of
national cars;
In view of :
Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Consitution of 1945
DECIDES:
To stipulate :
THE PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO THE REVOCATION OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 42/1996 ON THE PRODUCTION OF NATIONAL CARS
Article 1
Article 2
With the revocation of Presidential Decree No. 42/1996 on the production of
national cars as meant in Article 1, Presidential Instruction No. 2/1996 on the
development of the national automotive industry shall be declared null and void.
Article 3
This Presidential Decree shall be effective as from the date of stipulation.
