Sayuran dikumpulkan, dipilah dan dicuci dengan air
Ditiriskan menggunakan jaring
Dicacah dan diangin-anginkan dilapangan terbuka
Lampiran 2. Skema pengolahan fermentasi limbah sayuran
Masing-masing limbah sayuran ditimbang sesuai
kebutuhan dengan perbandingan 1:1:1
Diaduk secara merata
Ditambahkan fermentor kedalam limbah sayuran
Diaduk kembali secara merata
Dimasukkan kedalam plastik, di padatkan dan di ikat
hampa udara
Disimpan selama 1 minggu
