(1) the SECOND PARTY as stipulated in Article 1 is 6 (six) months, commencing
from the date of signing of this agreement.
(2) The work completion period shall not be altered by the SECOND PARTY unless a force majeure is experienced,
as provided for in Article 12 of this Agreement, or the existence of an order for the amendment of the work
assignment of the FIRST PARTY in writing resulting in an extension of the work completion period which shall
be arranged in an additional agreement (addendum).

(2) The cost of carrying out the parts of work approved and accepted by the FIRST PARTY shall be paid by the FIRST PARTY to the SECOND PARTY.
(1) If in the execution of this agreement there arise any disagreements or disputes, both parties agree to settle it by deliberation for consensus.
(2) If the settlement referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article is not reached, both parties agree to submit the settlement of the dispute through the District Court and both parties choose permanent residence / domicile in the Registrar of the Central Jakarta District Court.
(1) Under any circumstances, the SECOND PARTY is solely responsible for finishing the reports referred to in Article 3 of this agreement.
(2) If from the date of submission of the final report as referred to in Article 5 paragraph (1) of this agreement the report has not been received by the FIRST PARTY, then SECOND PARTY shall pay the damages of 1/1000 (one thousandth) of the contract value for each day of delay with a maximum amount of 5% (five percent) of the cost of performing the work.
(3) If the SECOND PARTY unable to complete the work, even if the amount of indemnity as referred to in paragraph (2) of this Article has reached 5% (five percent) of the contract value, the FIRST PARTY shall give written notice to SECOND PARTY 3 times consecutively with a grace period of 7 days each from the sending of the letter.
(4) If after the written warning as referred to in paragraph (3) of this Article the SECOND PARTY still has not fulfilled its obligations, then the FIRST PARTY entitles unilaterally to terminate this agreement. All losses suffered by FIRST PARTY both material and financial arising as a result of termination of this agreement, fully the responsibility of SECOND PARTY.
(6) The provisions of paragraphs (2) and (3) of this Article shall not apply if the non-fulfilment of the SECOND
PARTY obligations as a consequence of force majeure.

(7) If the SECOND PARTY notifies the FIRST PARTY in writing of the likelihood of delay in the execution of duties before such condition occurs and is approved by the FIRST PARTY, the provisions of paragraph 2 of this article shall not apply.
(8) Any additional costs incurred as a result of the delay in execution as referred to in paragraphs (2) and (3) of this Article shall be entirely in the SECOND PARTY’s expenses.
(1) The force majeure in this Agreement are those unforeseeable circumstances that prevent and restrict the implementation of this agreement, and take place beyond the power and ability of the SECOND PARTY to overcome and be approved by the FIRST PARTY ie natural disasters, strikes, disease outbreaks, rebellion, war, working hours shortened by the government, fire, and or the Regulation of the Government concerning the state of danger as well as other matters equivalent to it, fail the SECOND PARTY to fulfill its obligations or terminate his work.
(2) The events referred to in paragraph (1) of this article shall be justified by the local authorities and notified in writing by the SECOND PARTY to the FIRST PARTY no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the occurrence of the event for approval by the FIRST PARTY. In the condition where 50 (fifty) days has passed since the day of notification and no decision has been made by the FIRST PARTY, then the event is deemed to have been approved.
(3) Under conditions of force majeure, the SECOND PARTY's obligations may be amended based on the mutual
agreement of the parties in writing in the form of an addendum.
