ANALISIS KOMPONEN SENYAWA KIMIA MINYAK ATSIRI
KULIT BUAH ASAM BUNGA (Citrus cf. nobilis Lour)
SERTA UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIBAKTERI
DAN ANTIOKSIDAN
ABSTRAK
Minyak atsiri kulit buah asam bunga (Citrus cf. nobilis Lour) di isolasi melalui metode hidrodestilasi menggunakan alat Stahl. kulit buah asam bunga didestilasi ± 4-5 jam menghasilkan minyak atsiri sebesar 1,38 %. Di analisa dengan GC-MS terhadap minyak atsiri kulit buah asam bunga menunjukkan adanya senyawa 1-Limonen (45,05 %), β
-Pinen (7,95%), γ- Terpinen (7,59%), α- Terpineol (5,54%), 1,8 Cineol (3,94%), Cymen
(3,77 %), β-Bisabolen (2,31 %), β-Citronellol (2,26 %). Uji aktivitas antibakteri dengan metode difusi agar dengan konsentrasi 25%, 30%, 35%, dan 40% v/v dalam pelarut DMSO terhadap bakteri Bacilus cereus, Streptococcus mutans, Eschericia coli dan Pseudomonas aeruginosa menunjukkan adanya aktivitas antibakteri yang ditandai dengan terbentuknya zona hambat, dimana semakin tinggi konsentrasi yang diujikan semakin luas zona hambat yang terbentuk. Uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode DPPH diperoleh Nilai IC50 sebesar 82,75ppm.

ABSTRACT
Essential oil of the peel of bunga citrus (Citrush cf. nobilis Lour) have been isolated with hydrodestillation method use Stahl apparatus. Peel of bunga citrus have destillation during ± 4-5 hours resulting essential oil amount 1,38 %. Analysis use GC-MS of the essential oil peel of bunga citrus shown that 1-Limonene (45,05 %), β-Pinene (7,95%), γ
-Terpinene (7,59%), α-Terpineol (5,54%), 1,8 Cineol (3,94%), Cymene (3,77 %), β
-Bisabolene (2,31 %), β-Citronellol (2,26 %). Antibacterial activity test using by agar diffusion method in 25%, 30%, 35%, and40% v/v the essential oil in DMSO solvent concentration to the Bacillus cereus, Streptococcus mutans, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria showed antibacterial activity were characterized a retardation area. If concentration seems higher area of retardation area will be wider. Antioxidant activity test using by DPPH with IC50values 82,57ppm.
