IHSG akan bergerak konsolidasi Bursa US ditutup melemah tipis disusul turunnya harga saham berbasis produk konsumen dan jasa, dengan indeks DJIA melemah 0,03% ke level 17.876. Pelaku pasar masih menanti laporan hasil rapat Fed yang akan dirilis hari ini. Pada pasar Asia dan Eropa, indeks ditutup menguat pada sesi perdagangan kemarin. Index Shanghai menguat ke level 3.961 (+2,52%), setelah Bank Sentral Cina menyatakan akan menyeimbangkan penggunaan kebijakan loosening and tightening. Sedangkan indeks FTSE100 (Inggris) menuju level 6.961 (+1,88%), disusul CAC40 (Perancis) yang menukik 1,52% ke level 5.151. Bursa Eropa kembali dibuka bergairah setelah merayakan libur Paskah. Harga minyak WTI kembali melemah ke USD 52,95/bbl (-1,91%) menyusul kenaikan supply minyak dari Saudi Arabia.
IHSG kembali mencetak rekor ke level 5.523 (+0,79%) dengan kenaikan drastis yang dipimpin sektor properti sebesar 3,14%. Nilai tukar rupiah ditutup pada level IDR 12.987/USD. Hari ini indeks diperkirakan bergerak konsolidasi akibat rawan profit taking menyusul indeks sudah menembus rekor terbarunya. Indeks hari ini diperkirakan bergerak di kisaran 5.490 - 5.550, dengan saham rekomendasi: BMRI,UNTR,INTP,KLBF,WTON,DILD,LINK,BABP.

• PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengungkapkan, akan ada delapan perusahaan yang bakal melakukan penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO) di semester satu tahun ini. Adapun nama delapan perusahaan yang akan melantai bursa di semester satu tahun ini, sebagai berikut: 1. PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk, 2. PT PP Properti Tbk, 3. PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk, 4. PT Indonesia Media Televisi Tbk, 5. PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi Tbk, 6. PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk, 7. PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk002C 8. PT Vallianz Offshore Maritim Tbk.
• Sejak semester II tahun lalu, perusahaan pembiayaan atawa multifinance PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) telah mendiversifikasi lini usahanya ke pembiayaan properti. Jika per Desember 2014 lini bisnis tersebut hanya berkontribusi kurang dari 0,5%, di tahun Kambing Kayu ini, perseroan berharap porsi tersebut dapat menggemuk hingga 1% atau lebih dari Rp 100 miliar.
• Laba Bersih PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) membukukan laba bersih tahun 2014 sebesar Rp1,40 triliun atau Rp96,92 per saham naik sebesar 27,27% dari Laba bersih tahun 2013 yaitu Rp1,10 triliun atau Rp76,40 per saham. Pertumbuhan laba bersih SMRA tahun 2014 didukung oleh Pendapatan Pokok SMRA yang mengalami peningkatan cukup besar yaitu dari Rp4,09 triliun menjadi Rp5,33 triliun atau naik 30,32%.
• PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR) akan segera merealisasikan pembangunan pabrik semen pertama di Papua. Dalam pembangunan pabrik ini SMGR bekerja sama dengan pemerintah kabupaten Papua. Pabrik semen yang dibangun di lahan seluas 500 ha dengan investasi USD150 juta ini berkapasitas 1 juta ton per tahun. Perseroan berharap pembangunan pabrik di Jayapura dapat memenuhi permintaan kebutuhan semen di propinsi Papua yang pada tahun 2014 mencapai 800.000 ton.
• Laba Bersih PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB) membukukan laba bersih tahun 2014 sebesar USD22,99 juta atau USD0,004 per saham. Laba bersih tersebut memperlihatkan kinerja perseroan mulai membaik bila dibandingkan dengan Kerugian bersih yang diderita perseroan di tahun 2013 yaitu USD24,19 juta atau USD(0,005) per saham. Pencapaian kinerja PSAB didukung oleh Pendapatan Pokok mengalami lonjakan sebesar 259,79% menjadi USD280,17 juta dari Pendapatan tahun 2013 yaitu USD77,87 juta.
• Laba Bersih PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) tahun buku 2014 melompat 297,43% menjadi Rp400,97 miliar atau Rp19,82 per saham dari Laba bersih tahun 2013 yaitu sebesar Rp100,87 miliar atau Rp4,99 per saham. Melonjaknya kinerja KIJA tahun 2014 didukung oleh Beban Keuangan menurun 44,00% menjadi Rp381,18 miliar dari Beban Keuangan tahun 2013 sebesar Rp680,73 miliar, dan Pendapatan Pokok KIJA meningkat dari Rp2,74 triliun menjadi Rp2,80 triliun.
• PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) membukukan laba bersih tahun 2014 sebesar Rp722,48 miliar atau Rp54,87 per saham. Laba bersih 2014 menunjukkan kinerja perseroan tahun 2014 mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 32,08% bila dibandingkan dengan Laba bersih tahun 2013 yaitu Rp547,01 miliar atau Rp41,45 per saham.
