Bank Riau Kepri merupakan Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang mayoritas sahamnya dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Daerah yang terdiri dari Pemerintah Provinsi Riau dan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Kota se-Provinsi Riau dan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Dari seluruh pemegang saham, persentase kepemilikan saham terbesar adalah Pemerintah Provinsi Riau Kepri yakni sebesar 38,71% sehingga menjadi Pemegang Saham Mayoritas PT.
