REGARDING OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES OF DECREE OF MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NUMBER 32/MPP/KEP/1/2003
REGARDING PROVISION OF FORESTRY INDUSTRIAL EXPORT
DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE,
Considering:
a. that in the framework of enhancing the effectiveness of implementation and supervision of export policy on processed forestry product, accordingly it needs to return to Sub-Directorate of Variety of Industry, Handicraft and Service, Directorate of Export of Industrial Product as the authorized working unit as stipulated in Article 747 Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 86/MPP/Kep/3/2001.
b. that for legal certainty, it needs to amend the provision of Article 3 paragraph (1) a and b Decree of Director General of Foreign Trade Number 04/DAGLU/KP/I/2003.
c. that, it is necessary to issue a Decree of Director General of Foreign Trade accordingly.
In View of:
1. Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 647/MPP/Kep/10/2003 regarding Export Provision of Industrial Forestry Product;
2. Decree of Director General of Foreign Trade Number 04/DAGLU/KP/I/2003 regarding operational guidelines of Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 32/MPP/Kep/1/2003 regarding the Export Provision of Industrial Product.

Stipulate:
DECREE OF DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE NUMBER 04/DAGLU/KP/I/2003 REGARDING OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES OF DECREE OF MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NUMBER 32/MPP/KEP/1/2003 REGARDING EXPORT PROVISION OF INDUSTRIAL FORESTRY PRODUCT.
Article I
Provision of Article 3 Paragraph (1) Decree of Director General of Foreign Trade Number 04/DAGLU/KP/1/ 2003 is amended that all Articles 3 shall be read as follows:
(1) Application for obtaining status as Registered Exporter for Industrial Forestry Product (ETPIK) shall be addressed to Director General of Foreign Trade on condition that fulfills all provisions set forth in Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 647/MPP/Kep/10/2003 through:
a. Director of Export of Agriculture and Mining Product for Sawn Timber, Processed Timber, and Timber Panel; and
2 Article II
This decree shall be effective as of it is stipulated.
