Dengan memanjatkan puja dan puji syukur kehadirat Allah SWT yang telah melimpahkan rahmat, taufik, dan hidayah-Nya, sehingga penulis dapat menyelesaikan skripsi ini dengan judul “Persepsi Ancaman Latvia Terhadap Strategi Hybrid Warfare Rusia Pasca Aneksasi Krimea”, sebagai syarat untuk menyelesaikan Program Sarjana (S1) Program Studi Hubungan Internasional Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang.
Penulis menyadari bahwa selama proses pembuatan skripsi ini terdapat banyak kendala dan hambatan.
