Abstrack

An organization needs an information system management plan to support its business so may work well. The business process that occurs in Keluarga Sehat hospital has done well by utilizing information system / information technology (IS/IT) in it process. However, there is still a lack in the utilization, so it needs development and new management to fulfill the lack. This information system strategy planning arrangement is using Ward and P eppard Methodology. The analysis used are P EST, SWOT, F ive F orces Competitive, Value Chain and Critical Success F actors. The result of this study is an analysis about a picture of Information System management strategic planning that can support the business process of Keluarga Sehat hospital for a better future.
