REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 1198/KP/X/84
CONCERNING THE CONFIRMATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF JOINT MARKETING AGENCY GROUPS AND THE EXPORT TRADE
CONTROL OVER PLYWOOD

THE MINISTER OF INDYSTRY AND TRADE Considering :
a. that in the framework of the national economic reform and in order to boost competitiveness and the exports of plywood, it is necessary to revoke the Decree of the Minister of Trade No. 1198/KP/X/84;
b. that to this end, it is necessary to issue a decree ot the Minister of Industry and Trade.
In view of :
Decree of Minister of Industry No. 228/MPP/KEP/7/1997 on general provisions in the export area.
DECIDES : To stipulate :
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 1198/KP/X/84 ON THE CONFIRMATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF JOINT MARKETING AGENCY GROUPS AND THE EXPORT TRADE CONTROL OVER PLYWOOD

As from the stipulation of this decree, registered exporters of plywood (ETKL) may close deals with buyers abroad and undertake the export marketing of plywood directly.
Article 3
This decree shall take effect as from February 2, 1998.
For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
