REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 128/KP/IV/86 ON PLYWOOD EXPORT QUOTAS
(Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 29/MPP/KEP/I/1998 dated January 21, 1998)
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE Considering :
a. that in the framework of the national economic reform and in order to boost competitiveness and the export of plywood, it is necessary to revoke Decree of the Minister of Trade No. 128/KP/IV/86;
b. that to this end it is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
In view of :
Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 228/MPP?KEP/7/1997 on general provisions in the export area.
DECIDES : To stipulate :
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 128/KP/IV/86 ON PLYWOOD EXPORT QUOTAS

This decree shall take effect as from February 2, 1998.
For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
