Sec. 4. If there has been no infringe- ment of rules by any girl in a unit, that unit will be permitterl to entertain in on Wednesday night until 10 :00 P. :\1.

Sec. 4. The Secretary, and any other alternate, and a Senior judge, shall he elected from three attorneys by th" old court (Sophomore jurors), officers deemed necessary by the Court, shall be elected at the first meeting of each year from the Sophomore jurors.

Sec. 5. Nine Sophomore members shall constitute a quorum of the jury.

Sec. 6. A two· thirds vote of the jurors present shall be necessary for conviction.

Sec. 7. Upperclass students of the college may he spectators at meetings, but shall take no part in the proceedin,;s.

Sec. 8. Officers shall be nominated one meeting and elected the next.

Art. IV. EXPULSIoN-Sec. 1. By a three quarter vote of the court any membeI' may be expelled because of attitude, absence from meetings, or any otJler r,easons which hinder the harmony and functioning of the hody. Members are liable fOl" expulsion if absent th ree times.

See. 2. The court shall meet and perform its duties regularly each week.

Sec. 3. If all the Court members are not present, three-fourths of the jury can carryon Court matters and amend the Constitution.

Art. VI. REVISIONs-In order to revise the constitution of this court a three- fourths' vote of the saW court is necessary.

DEPT. OF CAMPUS DUTIES

Art. I. NAME-The name of this organi·

zation shall be "The Department of Cam- pus Duties,"

Art. IT. Sec. 1. OB.TECT-To create a::

efficiently functioning organization for the purpose of ohtaining a fair and equal dis- tribution of Campus Duties, and the carry- ing out of said Duties.

See. 2. JURISDIcTION-The Student Sen- atn shall have direct jurisdiction over 811 actions of the Department.

Art. III. Sec. 1. OFFICERs-There shall be one Administrator and two Assistant Administrators.

Sec. 2. Er,Ec'l'IONs-The Administrator must be a Senior appointp.!! by n majority vote of the Student Senate.

(1) One of the two Assistant Admini- strators. who mu"t be Juniors, shall he elected to the position of AilmlniRtrator ot the second meeting of the Senate in May. Notc. If the Junior, elected to

Art. V. EXCIlSES FROM CAMPUS DlJ'rIES Sec. 1. Under the following comlitions Freshmen may be excused, by the Admin·

istrator, from active participatiou in Cam- pus Duties;
