Sec. 1. Special permission from the Council must be obtained for all in town and all out-oi-town parties and entertain- ments lasting later than the closing hours spedfied in Artide II, sections 1, 2, 3, 4, althongh supervised by the Student Life Committee, or granted by the Student Sen- ate, but not on the College Calendar.

Sec. 2. Applications for special permls sion to attend parties or entertainment s not on the coIlege caleudar, and lasting later than closing hours, must be made to tile Council before 7 :()O o'clock P. ~L of the day of the occasion, in order to give the Council opportunity to grant or reject the permission as is advisable.

Sec. 3. Application for special permis·

sion shall be made in the form of a petition signed by the applicant, delivered to the president of the organization. In or- der to grant permission, the petition lUust he signed by the president of the organiza- tion and ODe other upperclass representative on tile Council. No more than six permis- sions sball he granted a semester unless the applicant has nn index of 2.

Sec. 1. Entertaining shall be regulated as

town for more than half a day, shaJI sign her name and destination in a book pro·

vlded for that pnrpose or shall make the same known to the matron or cbaperone of the house.

Sec. 5. A IPreshman woman with an escort going out of town limits must be

Sec. 1. After a careful and thol'ou!(h explanation of the rules by the president of the organization, the Freshmen shall be requIred to pass an examination on the rules and regulations pertaining to W. S.

G. attaining at least a B Grade on such an examination. This shall be conducted by the council not later than Nov. 1. In case anyone falls to pass this examination -flue punishment will be infl1cted until the grade Is attained.

Sec. 2. Provision shall be made to send the President of the Women's Student Government to the Annual Inter·Colleglate Student Government CODventlon. In case the President cannot go, anotber delegate shall be elected by the organization froU!

Sec. 4. If there has been no infringe- ment of rules by any girl in a unit, that unit will be permitterl to entertain in on Wednesday night until 10 :00 P. :\1.
