The education plan proposal is submitted to the Board of Directors for approval of implementation and its budget. Karya Inovasi (KANVAS) ICON+ merupakan ajang kompetisi internal yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan ICONers, menciptakan ide/kreativitas baru yang mendukung dan mencapai kinerja Perusahaan dan sebagai sarana bertukar ilmu pengetahuan. Kanvas ICON+ digelar sejak tahun 2014 serta telah menghasilkan sebanyak 62 output inovasi dan 4 output diantara telah diikutsertakan dalam kanvas regional PLN hingga tahun 2018 ini.

Knowledge Sharing Forum
Knowledge Sharing Forum (KSF) merupakan forum yang dibentuk oleh Bidang Pengembangan SDM untuk meningkatkan kinerja Divisi/Regional. Pada tahun 2018, salah satu sesi KSF diadakan bersamaan dengan kegiatan penjurian presentasi Kanvas ICON+ dengan menghadirkan narasumber eksternal guna membagikan pengetahun dan pengalamannya kepada para inovator dan perwakilan ICONers.
ICON+ telah melaksanakan 1 (satu) kali pertemuan untuk kegiatan KSF selama tahun 2018. KSF dilaksanakan pada 1 Oktober 2018 dengan tema Innovation in Digital Era dengan narasumber Fauzan Feisal (CEO Amoeba Management - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia)
Kanvas ICON+
Karya Inovasi (KANVAS) ICON+ is an internal competition that aims to enhance ICONers’ abilities and knowledge, create new ideas/creativity that support and achieve the performance of the Company and as a means of exchanging knowledge.
Kanvas ICON+ has been held since 2014 and has produced 62 innovation outputs, of which 4 of them have been included in PLN’s regional Kanvas until 2018.
In 2018, there were 18 innovation papers. This year’s, Kanvas ICON+ has improved in terms of writing and the quality of ideas or implementation of its innovations. The following are list of innovators who have gone through the selection stage on October 1-2, 2018:
Knowledge Sharing Forum
The Knowledge Sharing Forum (KSF) is a forum formed by the HR Development Sector to improve the performance of the Division/Regional. In 2018, one of the KSF sessions was held in conjunction with Kanvas ICON+ presentation judging activities by presenting external speakers to share their knowledge and experience with innovators and representatives of ICONers.
ICON+ has held 1 (one) meeting for KSF activitiy during 2018.
KSF was held on October 1, 2018 with the theme Innovation in Digital Era with Fauzan Feisal (CEO Amoeba Management - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia) as the speaker.
Kanvas PLN

Pada tahun 2018, ICON+ telah membentuk 8 tim CoP. CoP merupakan komunitas informal yang dibentuk untuk mencapai Improvement Procedur Problem Solving dan pengembangan SOP yang dibutuhkan.
