ICON+ dan PLN RJBB menggelar Joint Planning Session (JPS) dengan tema “Sinergi Jaringan Telekomunikasi untuk Mendukung Kinerja PLN RJBB”. Pada JPS ini ditandatangani kesepakatan penyelesaian program pembangunan jaringan telekomunikasi untuk mendukung keandalan dan agenda strategis 2018, peningkatan kinerja layanan telekomunikasi dan pelaksanaan program pemasaran bersama serta sentralisasi AMR.
ICON+ and PLN RJBB held a Joint Planning Session (JPS) with the theme "Synergy of Telecommunication Networks to Support PLN RJBB Performance". At this JPS, an agreement was signed in the matter of completing the telecommunications network development program to support the reliability and strategic agenda of the 2018, improving the performance of telecommunications services and implementing joint marketing programs, as well as centralizing AMR.

In the Joint Growth Session (JGS) activity, a memorandum of understanding was reached between ICON+ and PLN Sumatra Region. Whereas ICON+ become the cornerstone of PLN's IT and supports PLN to maintain electricity performance, especially for PLN Sumatra.

ICON+ supports the development of the ESDM’s Contact Center 136 system. Contact Center 136 will attend inquiries, complaints, and requests for information from the public. In addition to the agent, ICON+ support is also related to the provision of telecommunications networks, services, and content.

Partisipasi ICON+ dalam Pameran Kelistrikan ICON+ Participation in the Electricity Exhibition
ICON+ bersama PLN Grup turut serta pada Pameran Kelistrikan yang digelar di ICE BSD, Tangerang (18-20/9). Dalam pameran kali ini, ICON+ berperan sebagai juru penerang produk Internet Desa (Internet Desa) Cafe yang sejalan dengan tema booth PLN, yaitu terangi kehidupan hingga ke daerah 3T. Produk Ides merupakan salah satu wujud kepedulian ICON+ dalam memberi kemudahan akses informasi kepada masyarakat desa.
ICON+ in joint with the PLN Group participated in the Electricity Exhibition held at ICE BSD, Tangerang. In the exhibition, ICON+ played the role of an interpreter of the Internet Desa (Ides/ Village Internet) Cafe product in line with the PLN booth theme, which is to illuminate life into underdeveloped, foremost, and outermost (3T) areas in Indonesia. The product of Ides is one of ICON+’s form of concern in providing easy access to information to village communities.

ICON+ held an 18th anniversary event and launched Internet Desa (Ides) Cafe in Langsa City, Aceh. Ides Cafe is one of the facilities offered by ICON+ for the Langsa people in accessing the internet.

ICON+ together with Acting Governor of Aceh launched Green and Smart City towards Great Aceh in Kuala Langsa.
This program is intended to support the implementation of good governance in Langsa City through the creation of e-Government, Gampong financial reporting applications, and e-Tax applications to quote hotel, restaurant entertainment and other taxes online.
