ABSTRAK
MUHAMMAD IMRAN NUR, 2021. Pengaruh Penerapan Program Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di Bagian Produksi PT. Semen Tonasa Kabupaten Pangkep, Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Dibimbing oleh Pembimbing I Dr. Agus Salim HR dan Pembimbing II M. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Pengaruh Penerapan Program Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di Bagian Produksi PT. Semen Tonasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada dibagian produksi PT. Semen Tonasa sebanyak 620 orang, maka teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan rumus tersebut dapat dihitung dari populasi yang berjumlah 620 orang maka sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 28.
Hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil regresi linear berganda yang menunjukkan persamaan Y=22.022 + 0.200 X1 + 0.281 X2 + e yang berarti program K3 dan sistem manajemen K3 berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dan hasil dari analisis uji t, variabel program K3 menunjukkan bahwa angka signifikansi pengaruh program K3 (X1) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) adalah 0,156 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 1,430 < 1,988 t tabel. Artinya, tidak terdapat pengaruh program K3 terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara signifikan.
Sedangkan angka signifikansi variabel sistem manajemen K3 (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) adalah 0,031 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,189 > 1,988 t tabel.
Artinya terdapat pengaruh sistem manajemen K3 terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara signifikan.

The purpose of the study was to determine the extent of the influence of the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Program on the Work Productivity of Employees in the Production Division of PT.
Semen Tonasa. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees in the production division of PT.
Semen Tonasa as many as 620 people, then the technique of determining the sample in this study using the slovin formula. Based on this formula, it can be calculated from a population of 620 people, so the sample in this study was 86 respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 28.
The results of the study, obtained multiple linear regression results which show the equation Y=22.022 + 0.200 X1 + 0.281 X2 + e which means the K3 program and K3 management system affect employee work productivity. And the results of the t-test analysis, the K3 program variable show that the significant number of the K3 program influence (X1) on work productivity (Y) is 0.156 > 0.05 and the t-count value is 1.430 <1.988 t table. This means that there is no significant effect of the K3 program on employee work productivity. While the significant number of K3 management system variables (X2) on work productivity (Y) is 0.031 <0.05 and the t-count value is 2.189> 1.988 t table. This means that there is a significant effect of the OHS management system on employee work productivity.
