Members, associations or districts that do not respect any of the rules of the national platform or the statutes must be expelled by it.

Appeals from Turners against the decision of the District Convention for expulsion can only be considered when recommended by their District Council for the next National Convention. All proposed changes require a two-thirds majority of current national votes to become law.

ADM!TTANCE OF NON GERMAN SOCIETIES

Complaints from a society about a district brought to the attention of the district conventions; if an appeal is lodged, it goes to the Bundes Vorort. This report was received at a.nu after extensive discussion and some changes, as noted above. It was adopted in accordance with the two-thirds majority vote of the Bundes, as the platform and statutes of the North American Turnerbund.
