A Critical Assessment of Community-Based Tourism Practices in Nglanggeran Ecotourism Village, Indonesia
The involvement of the local community in tourism activities can also result in an increase in a more even distribution of income from tourism activities to the local community [19]. Regardless of the efforts of the local tourism organization to persuade some local community members to be involved in tourism activities, consensus around the development goals seems to be difficult to achieve, as everyone in the community had different perspectives on the development of tourism in the village. We are more aware of the need to have a proactive attitude towards environmental sustainability in the village.
Thus, the success of the collaborations between different stakeholders depended on how the community controlled the progress of tourism development in the village. Increasing demand for a more authentic form of cultural tourism in the village made the local community aware of their cultural values. CBT development in the village increased local income, which directly benefited some members of the local community.
Therefore, the local power relationship in the village was potentially factional [26] and separated those who lacked social capacity and capital from development [29] from those who were able to participate. Culturally, some ancient community cultural assets were commodified through the development of CBT in the village by including them as tourist attractions.
Tourism SME’s Competitive Advantages through ICT Based Community : The Role of GenPI in Eastern Indonesia
This study becomes important to portray the development of regional tourism in the 3T region, especially the sustainability aspect of the tourism industry's competitive advantages. Therefore, the competitive advantage in the performance of the tourism industry had to be improved. It has been believed that the cooperation between stakeholders in the inclusive development of the tourism sector can accelerate regional tourism development [41,52].
In the context of tourism development in the Morotai Island Regency, North Halmahera Regency and West Halmahera Regency, the existence of the tourism industry was not only dominated by the local communities. In the context of the competitiveness of the North Halmahera tourism industry, Meti Cottage has some criteria (such as value, scarcity, imperfect imitability and substitutability) that make it better than several other tourism industries (Kupa-Kupa Beach Resort and Bar, Ta 'aga Paca resort). The existence of Meti Cottage can increase community participation in development in the tourism sector.
The economic activities of the tourism industry in the 3T regions were important to analyze the potential of competitive advantage. The result of this study shows that the role of the tourism community in using ICT to market regional tourism destinations is integrated.

Industrially, the existence of human resources in the development of tourism acts as a driving force for the continuity of the tourism industry [9].
The development of human resources in connection with tourism development is thus a primary need. In order to develop tourism objects in the area, various components of the Kalaodi community are carrying out human resource development.
Patronage Buying Motives of Milkindo’s Tourists
It shows that tourist locations do not have a significant positive effect on the decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist locations. Thus, the first research hypothesis (H1), which states that the effect of tourist locations on the decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist locations is significant, was rejected. It shows that the atmosphere of tourist locations has a positive but not significant effect on the decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist locations.
So, the second hypothesis (H2): the influence of the atmosphere of the tourist location on the decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist sites is important, was rejected. The decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist sites will increase dramatically with each increase in facilities at tourist sites. It shows that price has a negative but not significant effect on the decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist sites.
Thus, the fourth research hypothesis (H4), which states that the effect of price on the decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist sites is significant, is rejected. Thus, the fifth research hypothesis (H5), which states that the effect of price on the decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist sites is significant, is rejected.
The result of this study showed that facilities at tourist attractions are the only variable that has a great impact on the decision-making process of tourists visiting tourist attractions, while the tourist location, the atmosphere of the tourist attractions and the quality of service influence the decision-making process influence positively but to a small extent. It includes the ease of transportation to reach the location, the freedom to carry out tourist activities, the feasibility of physical facilities, the entrance fee with tourist purchasing power and the appropriateness of product prices in tourist locations, the politeness and security of relations with tourists, and satisfaction obtained by tourists. The findings show that the theory of tourists' purchasing motives for Milkindo can be used as a basis for assessing attractions other than agrotourism.
Moreover, it can be translated with different geographical and demographic conditions because the study is only in the city of Malang, Indonesia.

An Analysis of Halal Tourism Potential: An Overview of the Educational Aspects and Number of Tourist Visits. So the developing Bromo Tengger National Park as one of the halal tourism destinations is a necessity. It can be interpreted that various aspects of halal tourism in Bromo Tengger National Park are judged differently by tourists based on their level of education.
It may explain that the number of tourist visits gives a different picture of the aspect of halal tourism. Judging from the number of tourist visits, it does not appear that first and fourth time tourists visiting Bromo Tengger National Park tend to prioritize all aspects of halal tourism. The halal tourism industry is an emerging phenomenon due to the growth of the halal industry [6] or a new business opportunity that caters to the unique needs of Muslim tourists when they are far from home [27].

Similarly, when seen from the number of visits, it can be explained that the number of tourist visits to the Bromo Tengger National Park offers a different view of the aspect of halal tourism.
