ABSTRAK

Elsa Ria Nababan 2017.122.02.0113 “Pengaruh Knowledge Sharing dan Learning Organization Terhadap Individual Innovation Capability pda Tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang” dibawah bimbingan Bapak Tito Siswanto, S.E., M.M.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap individual innovation capability pada tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengaruh learning organization terhadap individual innovation capability pada tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang, serta mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing dan learning organization terhadap individual innovation capability pada tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa Asositif Kuantitatif dengan objek yaitu 48 responden (karyawan bagian unit gawat darurat) pada tenaga kesahatan di RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang yang beralamat di Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani No.9, RT.001/RW.003, Sukaasih, Kecamatan Tangerang, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15111. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing terhadap variabel individual innovation capability diperoleh nilai T-statistic sebesar 1,978 > 1,96, dan P-Value sebesar 0,048 < 0,5 artinya knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap individual innovation capability sebesar 0,397. Kemudian learning organization terhadap individual innovation capabilit diperoleh nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3.035 > 1,96 dan P-Value sebesar 0,003 < 0,5 maka learning organization berpengaruh positif terhadap Individual innovation capability sebesar 0,294.

Kemudian knowledge sharing dan learning organization terhadap individual innovation capability diperoleh nilai T-Statistic > 1,96 dan masing-masing nilai P-Value knowledge sharing sebesar 0,048 < 0,5 dan nilai P-Value learning organization sebesar 0,003 < 0,5 dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap individual innovation capability.

The method used in this study is quantitative associative with the object being employees of the health workforce at RSUD Kab.Tangerang which is located at Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani No.9, RT.001/RW.003, Sukaasih, Tangerang District, Tangerang City, Banten 15111 The results of this study are in the form of.

Knowledge Sharing on the Individual innovation capability variable obtained a T-statistic value of 1.978 > 1.96, and a P-Value of 0.048 < 0.5, meaning that it can be concluded that Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on Individual innovation capability of 0.397. Learning organization variable on Individual innovation capability obtained T-Statistic value of 3.035 > 1.96 and P- Value of 0.003 < 0.5, it can be concluded that Learning organization has a positive and significant effect on Individual innovation capability of 0.294.

Knowledge sharing and Learning organization on Individual innovation capability obtained a T-Statistic value > 1.96 and each P-Value Knowledge sharing value of 0.048 < 0.5 and a P-Value Learning organization value of 0.003
