Rusman (2015) on media and learning Technology in schools in a broad sense, which includes hardware and software (hardware) as well as human resources that can be used to enrich students' learning experiences. Microsoft Powerpoint or Microsoft Word can be used to present the topic and finally is complementary when ICT is used to support the students' learning process. There are many types of technology ICT that can be used in teaching English, especially to facilitate the teacher.

ICT-based learning can be used in the teaching process called multimedia computers such as laptops, LCD projectors and teaching CDs in the delivery of the subject so that students can increase their knowledge and understanding especially in English learning and increase student motivation to learn. CALL is the computer application in language teaching and learning and is a software application that can be used to teach English to improve students' listening, writing, reading and speaking skills. The Internet can be used by the teacher to display the syllabus, subject, assignments, announcements, multimedia learning resources also used by.

Youtube is the application of several videos, youtube can be accessed from laptop, computer or through mobile phones. Youtube video can be used in English language learning for different aspects of English to improve vocabulary, accent,.

The researcher observed as the teacher began that the subject used observation ceklis.they are 8 columns of the observation about the teacher's instructional use of ICT in English teaching. Based on observations in the classroom, the teachers used loudspeakers in the teaching of learning processes because they listened more clearly to the material provided by the teacher. Based on observations in class, teacher T1 asked students' assignments using Google classroom to send an assignment.

Based on classroom observations, teacher T1 used email to create a Google Classroom account and post assignments. Based on a classroom interview, teacher T2 asked students to send assignments on Whatsapp. Based on the excerpt above, the teacher used email and social media applications such as IG, fb in the teaching and learning process. The students use Fb or ig to send assignments from the teacher.

In this part discusses the research on finding Technology was used by the teacher in teaching English which was obtained from observational study and the types of ICT used by the teachers which was obtained from the interview. LCD makes it easy for the teacher to make time efficient without writing the material on the board. The teacher also used speakers in the classroom for students to listen more clearly to the material presented or played videos related to Pribadi (2017).

FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION

Kinds of Technology (ICT) used by the teachers in

Based on classroom observation, teachers used LCD or projected media to display video material, images, or computer data. According to the observations in the classroom, the students were excited when the teachers used the LCD to teach because it excites the students in the learning process. Based on observations in the classroom, teacher T2 used Power Points in the learning process, currently it is the most commonly used medium for presentation as well as display of information containing text, images and videos as a means of effective message communication for students.

In the classroom, the teachers used a laptop/computer and a laboratory area. This is also used in learning English as a tool to convey the material. The teacher used a laptop to connect the LCD screen, it is easier to see the material clearly. Google Classroom is an application aimed at finding a way out of teachers' difficulties in making every assignment paperless and sharing. Facebook is an application, a kind of social media. Teacher T1 used Facebook to create a group to view the students' assignments.

Based on classroom observations, teachers were taught material using Microsoft Office applications. The teacher T2 used the focus key application to present material, there are some templates that can be downloaded and by the teacher to make the presentation in the power point template interesting. Youtube is a video sharing website. Teachers used YouTube to provide material and English teaching videos also to practice pronunciation.

The teacher asks the students that the assigned video speaking tasks should be sent to Google classroom or in the fb group. While the teacher is checking the assignment, the teacher brings the speaker to make the students listen more clearly to the video. The teacher and students use E-mail, IG and Facebook group to send assignments and materials.

Based on extract 5, the teacher already used power point to present material and also used the focus key to make the presentation of the material more interesting. The teacher chooses to use LCD to display material because it is effective and efficient in teaching and learning process and it does not take long for the teacher to write the material on the board. The L2 teacher used video instruction or video podcasts and also used music to practice listening when learning English.

The teacher uses a laptop to connect the LCD screen so that the students can see the material more easily. The teachers bring their own laptop to every lesson. It relates to Cahyani & Cahyono (2012). There are many types of technology ICT that can be used in teaching English especially to facilitate the teacher to make learning more interesting. The teacher used the podcast to listen to music, video and the like when teaching learning processes to improve listening skills. The teacher displaying material used laptop and LCD in teaching English such as teaching vocabulary using LCD and laptop. Students record the material displayed on the LCD screen.

Suggestion

Guru menggunakan media atau teknologi TIK untuk menyampaikan materi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. T1: hmm iya, saya lebih suka menggunakan alat-alat yang berteknologi daripada langsung menggunakan yang konvensional seperti belajar seperti dulu. Saya lebih suka teknologi. Pertanyaan 1: Kenapa, karena menurut saya menggunakan teknologi jauh lebih mudah, mudah dan memaksimalkan waktu lebih baik dibandingkan belajar manual menggunakan papan tulis dan kebetulan saya termasuk orang yang lebih suka menggunakan LCD langsung dibandingkan mengetik.

T2: Biasanya saya pakai Power Point ya, YouTube, lalu hmm kalau saya presentasi biasanya pakai Focus Key Focus Key itu sejenis Power Point, tapi aplikasinya lebih menarik dan mudah digunakan. T2: Kalau di YouTube kalau pakai biasanya aku pakai Reinforcement untuk pengucapannya, jadi kalau ada ekspresi yang agak sulit diucapkan anak-anak, biasanya aku buka YouTube dan mereka dengar sendiri, bagaimana cara mengungkapkannya, kalau fokus kuncinya lebih ke visual ya, jadi fokus ke kunci itu. tanpa edit sudah mempunyai tema yang menarik, jadi lebih mudah. T2: Karena lebih mudah, anak-anak lebih tertarik dengan teknologi, apalagi siswa saya banyak yang berasal dari daerah yang jauh, jadi dengan menggunakan teknologi membuat pembelajaran saya lebih menarik.

T2: Ketika saya menggunakan teknologi yang tepat...dengan empat keterampilan, saya biasanya menggunakan berbicara, mendengarkan dan membaca. Ketika saya berbicara, saya biasanya menggunakan itu. T2: Iya, itu teknologi. Menurut pendapat saya, tujuan teknologi adalah untuk membuat anak termotivasi dan membuat anak termotivasi serta membuat anak tertarik. Kalau di youtube kalau pakai ini biasanya aku pakai penguat pengucapan, jadi kalau ada ungkapan yang sulit diucapkan anak-anak, biasanya aku buka youtube dan kita dengarkan sendiri, bagaimana cara mengungkapkannya, kalau kuncinya yang ditekankan adalah lebih pada visualnya ya, jadi fokus pada kuncinya tanpa menggunakannya. edit sudah mempunyai tema yang menarik, semua semakin muda. T2: Kalau saya menggunakan teknologi yang tepat...dengan empat keterampilan yang biasa saya gunakan dalam berbicara, mendengarkan, dan membaca. Kalau lagi ngomong biasanya aku tunjukkan.. pokoknya video atau video how-to, podcast di youtube, lalu biasanya video, suara, atau lagu menarik seperti itu biasanya sambil denger biasanya mereka dengerin lagu pas lagi baca, biasanya mereka hanya membaca saja, lalu mereka membaca satu per satu, kalau saya ambil video langsung dari youtube, kalau mereka pakai videonya ya, biasanya mereka ada tugas akhirnya nanti. di setiap KD. Saya suruh mereka membuat video untuk setiap semester berdasarkan istilah yang mereka pelajari lalu hmm. Mereka mengirimkannya lewat email atau WA. Kalau soal tulisan, biasanya saya menulis di buku.
