To

summarize and evaluate

with

a

list

of recommendation

for

medication errors.

Only articles published in English

language

were

considered. Different search strategies identified reports

in

Ebscohost, Pubmed, JIAPS, ISPUB, Cochrane Library, Medbc articles

from

2000-20L2. Data regarding the effects and factors of inedication elTors

in tlie

citations are included

in

this paper. The review of studies search gave us 50 published researches

that

tackle about

the

factors

on

medication

elrors. But only

26 have met the inclusion criteria. These studies clearly stated different factors

why

medication errors

occur.

Taking

into

considerations these factors

the

researcher can reconmend steps

or

procedures

that

can minimize these occurrences of errors.
