1 set - 6mm thk bronze fix glass on 50mm x 100mm tubular analoc frame – 0.61m x 2.97m = 1.81 sq.m.
1 set - 6mm thk bronze fix glass on 50mm x 100mm tubular analoc frame – 0.95m x 0.90m = 0.86 sq.m.
1 set - 6mm thk bronze fix glass on 50mm x 100mm tubular analoc frame – 0.81m x 2.15m = 1.74 sq.m.
1 set - 6mm thk bronze fix glass on 50mm x 100mm tubular analoc frame – 0.59m x 0.86m = 0.51 sq.m.

Lot 2 – for Cashier’s Office
Supply of labor and materials in the installation of aluminum sliding windows – analoc finish, 50mm x 100mm aluminum tubular frames with 6mm thick reflective glass panes and 25mm x 50mm Tubular aluminum fixed louver blades at Cashier’s Office.

b. Includes removal of existing windows and
c. Plastering of affected area during the removal of existing windows.
d. Includes repainting works on affected areas during the removal.

1. Inspection of the actual site of installation is highly recommended to get actual measurements and totality of work.
2. Secure site inspection report from PPD.
3. Coordinate with PPD / Cashier as end user.
4. Have filed Accreditation from MSU-IIT Procurement Office.

B. Secure Checklist of bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat Office after payment of the non- refundable bidder’s fee. Accomplish the duly certified requirements in three (3) copies, and submit the same at the BAC Secretariat Office on or before the deadline set.

D. The MSU-IIT reserves the right to review the qualifications of a selected bidder, subject to technical and production criteria, reject any or all bids, waive any formality or defect therein and accept the offer considered most advantageous to MSU-IIT.
F. The MSU-IIT reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract awards without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
