D-4: 2 units - 6mm thick bronze glass double swing door on 50mm x 100mm tubular analoc frames (1.30m x 2.15m)

D-5a 1 unit - 6mm thick bronze glass swing door on 50mm x 100mm tubular analoc frames (1.05m x 2.15m)

D-5b 1 unit - 6mm thick bronze glass swing door on 50mm x 100mm tubular analoc frames (1.00m x 2.15m)

D-5c 1 unit - 6mm thick bronze glass swing door on 50mm x 100mm tubular analoc frames (0.98m x 2.15m)

Note: Bronze glass for W-5a (4 units), W-5b (2 units), W-4a (3 units) and W-4b ( 1 unit) are to be supplied by end-user.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Actual site inspection is highly recommended to get actual measurements and totality of work.

2. Secure site inspection report from PPD/SPMD (end user).

3. Submit time duration to complete the project from receipt of Purchase Order in calendar days.

4. Have filed Accreditation from MSU-IIT Procurement Office.

B. Secure Checklist of bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat Office after payment of the non- refundable bidder’s fee. Accomplish the duly certified requirements in three (3) copies, and submit the same at the BAC Secretariat Office on or before the deadline set.

D. The MSU-IIT reserves the right to review the qualifications of a selected bidder, subject to technical and production criteria, reject any or all bids, waive any formality or defect therein and accept the offer considered most advantageous to MSU-IIT.

F. The MSU-IIT reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract awards without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
