一、 探討去人格化的倦怠表現時,研究結果與Moore and Cooper (1996)根據職業壓 力理論探討心理衛生專業人員之壓力的論點相符。雖然專業人員每個人的人格
格化的形成,早療專業人員亦可能是自主性的關係,使得與去人格化的倦怠表 現不顯著。因此建議未來進行醫療專業人員之壓力研究時,需將工作之自主權 列入評估之變項。
二、 本研究受時間限制,採橫斷性研究的情況下所取得的資料僅能反映參與者壓力 與倦怠反應之現況,使研究結果可能產生偏誤(bias),因此建議未來欲進行類似 研究者可採縱貫性研究,以確實反映壓力源與倦怠之關係。
三、 資料取得的方式以自陳式問卷取得,對於評估團體互動之社會支持而言缺乏客 觀之衡量標準,建議未來除了透過量表之外,亦可藉焦點團體(focus group)訪談 的模式進行質性資料的蒐集,如此與量性資料相互比對之下,可明確呈現社會 支持對於團體的影響。
