The study aimed to find out the extent to which faculty members practice human relations skills from the perspective of students at the Islamic University of Madinah and to find out the significance of differences in the responses of the study sample according to the variables of nationality, academic stage and continent. The results showed that the practice of human relations skills by faculty members from the perspective of the students of the Islamic University of Medina is very high, with a mean of (4.24). The ethical sphere came to the forefront of the achieved fields, followed by the scientific and academic fields and finally the social one.
The greatest aspect of practicing human relations in the scientific and academic domains was represented in the professor's persuasion of his students with scientific proofs and evidence, while the least represented in the professor's acceptance of the students'. The greatest aspect of practicing human relations in the social domain was represented in the professor's dealings with students with trust and good faith, while it represented the least in the professor's participation with students on various social occasions. The greatest aspect of the practice of human relations in the ethical domain was the professor's adoption of integrity in dealing with the student and not exploiting him for his personal purposes, while the least represented in the professor's initiative to greet the students he met inside and outside. the hall.
It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree to which faculty members practiced human relations skills from the perspective of the students of the Islamic University of Medina, due to the difference in nationality and academic level. While there have been differences due to the difference of the continent in favor of students from the African continent.
