Sy hai Idng ciia khach hang chinh la cam nhan cua kh^ch hang ddi vai nha cung cap djch vu sau khi d3 su dung djch vu. Theo Kotler (2000) thi sit hai long dugc xac djnh trSn co so so sanh giua kat qua nhan dugc tu djch vy vh mong dgi cua khach hang. Chat lupng dich vu va sir hai long ciia khach hang co quan he tuong hd chat che vdi nhau, trong do chit lupng djch vu la cii dugc tao ra trudc va sau do quyet djnh din SLT hai Idng cua khach hang. Trong nghien cuu nay tac gia sir dung quan diem ciia Cronin va Tcn'lor (1992): Chat lugng djch vu = miic dp cam nhan.

2.2. Phirangphdp vd md hinh nghien cdu 2.2.1. 3. Kit qua nghien ciru va b'mh luan 3.1 Phdn tich cdc nhdn td anh huong den str hdi Idng cua doanh nghiep ddi vdi cu nhdn khdi ngdnh khoa hgc xa hdi vd nhdn vdn

3.1.1. Ket qua phan tich nhantd khim pha

(I) KiSm dinh chit lupng thang do: Kiim dinh he sd Cronbach's Alpha cua cac thang do, tieu chuin la he so Cronbach s Alpha >0,6 v i dat dugc l i cao nhit, tuong quan biin tdng Idn han 0,3. Nhan td "Ki ndng vd nghiep w chuyen mdn"

Nhan td " Tdc phong vd ihdi dg ldm viec chuyin nghiep" dat 0,889, cac item diu dugc giii lgi trong md hinh. Nhan td 'KT nang mem cdn ihiSi" dat 0,7!4, cic Hem diu dupc giu lgi trong md hinh. Nhan td "Kinh nghiem thuc tien vd khd ndng thich irng" dgt 0,880, cic item deu dugc giii lgi uong md hinh. Nhan td "Gid tri gia tdng tao ra" dat 0,883, cic item diu dugc giif lgi trong md hinh. Nhan td "Su hdi long chung" dat 0,749, cac Hem deu dugc giii lai trong md hinh. (2) Kiem dinh EFA: (a) Kiem dmh tinh thich hpp cua EFA: 0,5 < KMO = 0,90I< 1. Phan tich yiu td la thich hgp vdi dii lieu thyc t i (Bang 1). (b) Kiim djnh tinh tuang quan giOa cac biin quan sit: Sig. =0,000 < 0,05.

Cac biin quan sit co tuong quan trong mSi nhan td. (Bang 1). (c) Kiem dinh phuang sai trich: Phuang sai cpng ddn ciia cic yiu to la 71,091%. 71,091% thay ddi ciia cac nhan td dupc giai thich bdi cic bien quan sit (thanh phin ciia nhan td).

(d) Nhin td khim phi: Md hinh sit dyng phuong phap trich la phuang phip Principal component Analysis, phuar^ phip xoay Varimax with Kaiser Normalization. Ket qua da kham phi dugc 6 nhan td nhu hinh 2.

Nghien cuu cac nhan td anh huong den su hii long su dyng phuong phap nghien ciiu dinh lupng khong phai la nghien ciiu mdi, nhung nghien ciiu cac nhan td anh hudng den sy hai long ciia doanh nghiep ddi vdi cu nhin khdi nganh khoa hpc xa hdi va nhan van la nghien cuu mdi va hi|n chua cd dd tai nghien cuu nio lam ve van de nay. Do do nghien ciiu d i gdp phan he thdng va phit trien ca sd li luan ve sy hai Idng ciia doanh nghiep ddi vdi luc lugng lao ddng dupc cung cap. Qua do lam ca sd va gpi y chinh saeh ciing nhu nhirng nghien ciiu tiep theo trong no lyc gdp phan lam can bdng thi trudng lao ddng ndi chung v i thi tnidiig lao ddng khdi nganh khoa hpc v i xa hpi nhan van ndi rieng d Viet Nam.

4. Ket luan

K^t qua nghien ciiu d i chi ra nhiing nhan td anh hudng den sy hai Idng ciia doanh nghiep ddi vdi cir nhan khdi nganh khoa hpc x i hdi va nhan van theo miic dp quan trpng giam dan do la: (1) Kidn thuc va nghiep vu chuyen mdn (2)

Mixed method research in which the methods of analyzing the exploratory factor and of analyzing multivariate regression are mainly used in clarifying research issues and achieving the research objectives. The study results have shown the factors that influence on the sastisfaction of enterprise including:

Specialized knowledge and profession; Specialized skill; soft skill and work attitude; the produced added value; working experience and ability in integration.
