ABSTRACT

Looking for a model of student learning assessment in the new con^etemy-based curriculum for general education

The article starts with an argument for a suggestion about the necessity ofdeterminatitm of a scientifically rigorous model for student leaming assessment in order to support that the new competency-based'curricidumfor general education is implemented with high efficiency. Next, the article makes a brief literature review of principle trends and models for student leaming assessment in the world accompanied with their relevant concepts and practices. Then, the article considers approaches that are implied fi-om the description of student leaming assessment in the competency based- ctariculum text for after 2015 Viemam general education, in light of which, the article proposes some ideas on a model of student leaning assessment that would be shaped and developed in the new competency-based curriculum for the general education in Vietnam.

2. Qui trinh phit triln cic xu hiring vi mf hlnh dinh gii giio dpe tren the gidi

Nghifn ciru cho thiy giio dpe thi gidi di trii qua hai xu hudng vi mo hinh

chinh trong danh gia hpc tap ciia HS: (1) kilm tra chuln hda phpc vp vifc giii trinh trich nhifm (the era of standardized testing for accountability); (2) chuyin dli til kilm tra chuan mpc (dinh gii truyln thing) sang dinh gia the hifn ning Ipc; vi (3) kit hpp giiia kiem tra chuan hda phpc vp vifc giai trinh trich nhifm vdi dinh gii thi hifn ning Ipc.

2.1. Ki nguyen kiim tra chuan hda phtfc v{f vi§c giai trinh trdch nht$m
