Summary
The study aims lo lest factors affecting the deposit mobilization of individual customers at commercial banks in Vinh city, Nghe An province. Using the ordinary least squares (OLS) method with the help of SPSS and Eviews, the research points out three factors positively influencing customer's decision, which are State-owned commercial banks, Employees' working style and Financial benefit. The study also clarifies the differences in deposit decisions of clients with different jobs. Based on these results, the authors propose several solutions to improve the efficiency of deposit mobilization of individual customers at commercial banks.
