Cac do?in than cSy cdy m6 co chiia 2 mdt mdm doi xiing diroc nu6i cay trong he thdng bioreactor voi 4 nghidm thiic den lED theo ty le xanh vd do la:

10% LED xanh + 90% 1£D do; 15% LED xanh + 85% LED do. 20% LED xanh + 80% LED do; 30% LED xanh + 70% LED do dupe so sanh vdi ddi chiing la cay dupe nuoi cay duoi anh s^g huynh quang thOng thudng.

Cay hong khdng phat trien dupe trdn moi trucmg khong duong v6i mat djnh thdp nhat cua he thdng Id sue khi 1 phiit 1 lan/gi6f. Cay phdt tnen chSm va la bi vdng do kh6ng du COj cho quang hpp. Khi co bd sung khi COj voi ty Id 10% lugng khi thdi vao h§ thdng TIS; chdi va cay hong phdt trien tdt nhat o nghidm thiic chilu sang la 20% LED xanh + 80% LED do. Ddn LED 50 X 501^ Id 8036 dd + 2096 xanh Cdc till nghiem dupe nuoi cdy tidn hd tiidng bioreactor bdn ngdp chun Plantuna do Ddi Loan san xuat. Luang khi mdi lan bom vdo binh cdy dupe hieu chinh Id 1 lit/phiit.

2.2 Thiet kd thi nghidm

Thi nghidm 1: Nudi cSy hdng hoan chinh bang bioreactor bin ngip chim trdn mdi trudng khdng dudng so sanh vdi mdi trudng cd dudng: 30 doan thdn cdy hdng cay md cd chiia 2 mdt mdm dupe nufli cay tiong 1 binh bioreactor nggp chim cdch quang Plantima cd chiia 300 ml mdi trudng khong duong so sanh vdi moi tiirdng cd dudng binh thudng vd chi^u sdng bdng den h u ^ h quang, thdi gian ngdp Id 1 phiit vd thdi gian cdch quang Id 1 gid-. Ghi nhdn ket qua sau 5 tudn nudi cdy.

Thi nghidm 2: So sinh nudi cay hdng hoin chlah dudi ddn LED trdn mdi trudng khdng dudng cd bd sung CO2: Thi nghidm ndy duge bd tri tirong tu nhu thi nghiem 1, cdy dupe nudi trdn mdi trudng khong dudng cd bd sung Idii COa ^ le 1/10 lupng khi bora vdo (0,1 lit khi CO2 / I Ht khi bam vdo mpt phut cho mdi binh nuoi cdy). Thi nghidm gdm 5 nghidm thiic ehieu sang bang den LED dd vd xanh vdi cdc ty 1^

khac nhau 90/10, 85/15, 80/20, 70/30 vd chidu sang bang den huynh quang thong thudng 1dm ddi chiing de xac dinh lai ty le den LED da thi nghidm trudc day (Nguydn Diie Mmh Hiing vd cs, 2013) [13]. Do dac ket qua thi nghidm sau 5 tudn nudi cay.

Thi nghidm 3: Nudi cay hdng hoan chinh dam ddn LED 20% xanh va 80% do vi den so sinh vdi den huynh quang trdn mdi tnrdng khdng dudng. 4.KErUlAN

Cay hdng cd till sinh trudng vd phdt triln tdt tiong dieu kidn nudi cay md d mdi trudng khdng dudng trdn hd thdng bioreactor bdn ngdp chim, chieu sdng bang den LED hode den hu^nh quang truyin thdng vd ed bd sung Mii CO2 hoae tang sd lan ngap chim so vdi mac dinh cua mdy.

Cdy hdng dupe chieu sdng bdng ddn LED vdi ty Id 20% xanh + 80% dd phdt triln tdt hon ddi chiing den huynh quang tidn bioreactor ngdp chim cdch quang tiong dilu kidn mdi trudng khdng dudng vd dimg phdn mim dilu khien tdng sd lan ngap chim Idn gdp 2, 3, 4 lan so vdi mac dinh cua mdy nhdm bd sung khi C02 eho cay quang hpp. Ddi vdi cdy hdng sd lan ngdp chim Id 2 Idn/gid thdi gian ngdp Id 1 phut cho k i t qud tdt nhdt, ngdp chim hon 2 Idn/gid cdy ed hidn tugng ling nude, cdy bi vdng Id gdc.

Summary

Temporary Immersion System TIS' was apphed to manipulate the adventages of liquid cultures. Intemode cutting of Paulowma including two nodes were cultivated in TIS-bioreactor with 4 levels of I£D-light colour combinations in tiie ratio of red-blue LED-lighting as: 1096 blue-LED + 90% red-LED; 15% blue-LED + 8596 red-LED; 20% blue-LED + 80% red-LED; 30% blue-LED + 70% red-LED in comparision with fluorescence light f^ulownia plantiete were wick development in the midia culture with sucrose free and combined with the gas flowing 1 minute/1 time/hour. The plantiets were growth slowly and leaf changed to yellow. It was supplemented with COg-gas by 10% total-gas flowed into TIS-bioreactor. The planlets were growth and development better in the combination of ratio LED-lighting colors by 20% blue-LED + 80% red-LED.

However, adding COj were high charge and difficult to control. The resolution was using IC to set up the immersion programs in TIS-bioreactor to 2, 3, 4 time per hour. It was shown that immersion of 2 time/hour under U:D-lighting by 20% blue-LED + 80% red-UED gave plandets having die best growdi and development.
